First class service. Purchased a machine which was dispatched really quickly. Then had some issues which turned out to be my power supply - Mark was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. It’s rare to deal with such a helpful company!

From the initial contact to the uplift of goods this deal could not have gone any easier or smoother. I made initial contact via email and was requested to send over some more details and pics.
Purchasing team could not have been more helpful , understanding and willing to help. My goods where picked up within 24 hours from our agreement , i really could not recommend Westermans any higher, very professional, easy communications and just a joy to trade with. Would easily use them again.

Purchased a older welder that had been sat around in a warehouse for many years unused..
Found your company on a quick google search. To see the value of a item before it ended up in a skip during a warehouse clearance.
After seeing that it possibly had some significant value after a quick email 2 days later a fair sales price had been agreed with just a few photos needed. Bev arranged all the collection aswell making it a nice smooth process. Payment was made as soon as photos were provided of the item on the back of the lorry.
Thank you for making the process easy. I hope you get some good parts of the machine.
