Great service and machine
Our welding machine broke so we urgently needed a new welder. The contact with westermans was good, the price was OK and the delivery even with service was within 48 hours. When the machine turned up it was is great condition. I couldn't be happier with the service or machine.

Disappointment of after sales service
We are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The repair of our machine has taken an unacceptably long time and remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and parts replacement.
Communication has been poor, with long delays in response and repeated failure to provide clear timelines. Supplier was unable or unwilling to provide a basic estimated date after more than one week of follow-up.
The lack of urgency, accountability, and technical resolution has caused operational disruption and regulatory risk on our end. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend their maintenance and after-sales service.

I am sorry you feel dissatisfied with our service, especially as our Customer Service is always highly praised.
You purchased from us in 2021 and again 2022 yet this appears to be the first time you’ve had an issue with our equipment, customer service, or communication.
Repairs sent in under a Temporary Export must meet deadline dates and that has been a concern, as we are waiting software from a 3rd party to enable us to repair the machine.
Sadly, you did not take up our offer of a loan machine in the interim period. I feel if you had responded to our emails, this could have been avoided.
Please respond to our direct email asking how you would like us to resolve the situation.
We will continue to update you with the progress until the machine can be returned to you fully functional.
