Watched police officer on you tube “acting like a thug” being aggressive towards a cameraman Auditing Britain doing lawful activity 8 days ago. In my view this man should not be on the force he’s an accident waiting to happen

What a disgraced. You call the Police to help you and they don't even look at your problem. The staff give you different information. But for silly issues they are quick to come. HORRIBLE!!!

bournville police station just watched a video on youtube with auditing britain at your station with one of your officers being very aggressive and in a dangerous manner i think this officer needs to be removed from the force before he murders someone i believe you would have had many complaints against him

These people are completely disrespectful, unprofessional and helpless. They do not do even a minimal effort to deserve their salaries, this is what my personal experience shows.

At the top of that, they decline to provide with the complaints procedure?!

What is going on in this country when even the police behaves like this???

I received a ticket for doing 39mph in a 30mph area.
Tried to apply for a driving course but informed that the 120 days have elapsed. When i informed the West Mid Police that they took 127 days to inform me in writing I asked for a review but informed that I had 7 days to pay the fine and take the points or face court.
You cant talk to anyone or contact the chief constable as there in no contact number and everyone hides behind emails.

PC Bicknell , all i can say is she a an amazing woman! currently in a tough situation but she came to speak to me and reassured me right away, she made me feel safe and heard and was very thorough in every explanation! I am confident when I say she's a true gem to the west midlands police force !

1 star is to much, i was told by a officer to call 101 so i did, theirs so many options to go through it takes far to long its a joke, 101 was fairly ok years ago but now its a total waist of time your just wasting your time trying to get through, and whats going on with this LIVE CHAT, HOWS A BOT A LIVE CHAT, ITS JUST A PROGRAM.. NOTHINK LIVE ABOUT IT...USELESS
Tried emailing the office pc sheasby and just won't email me back.. this is why people dial 999 to try an get any response BUT THIS IS TAKING UP ALOT OF TIME WHEN ITS NEEDED FOR MORE SERIOUS MATTERS..

I got poor service from the West Midlands police of the Bromsgrove area. I Scammer ran away taking the items from my home and the police can very late and said I needed to contact a solicitor and it civil matter.

I have so far received a very professional response/experience with West mercia police.
I have had my site broken into the police response has been excellent the forensic team were out within 6 hours, Rob was very helpful and professional and showed great empathy to my situation.
PC meek has visted site and also been very helpful and professional and have installed a lot of faith in the police force for me.
I am absolutely positive that the criminals, who have committed this terrible act, should be very concerned about the police catching them.
I have faith in them being caught and justice being delivered.
I am glad they are on my side.

This is a follow up from my review 3 days ago,
after speaking to Ryan on the police control. True to Ryan's word 2 lovely young men called on me today.
Taqir and Dan. PCSOs.
They listened to my problem and dealt with it professionally and with compassion regarding my neighbours.
I won't say any more re the problem except if you respect the police which I do you get the best out of them. It is not an easy job and I commend these to their bosses as excellent.

When issuing tickets for speeding you should include the full contact details of the training companies in the first letter - also people should be allowed to provide feedback re: this training

You never answer the so called ticket helpline, the language used in your communications is offensive, authoritarian and intimidating, as for the highway code is biased against drivers and in favour of badly behaving cyclists and pedestrians - eg in other civilised European Countries it is compulsory for cyclists to wear helmets alongside other rules for road use - as for the road tax it goes up all the time whilst they seem to be digging every road in my neighbourhood and beyond - also you only seem to concentrate on speeding and nothing else...

Sgt 927 complete abuse of power and the rest of his team for supporting this disgusting behaviour - something needs to be done about this individual (see Youtube auditing Britain "Police State Birmingham")

Sargent 927 auditing Britain that officer is an absolute thug a tyrant a buthurt little baby of a man who has a need to feel he has authority and power. Wich he would first need a reasonable articulate suspicion of a crime. An actual offence to be given the power he throws around to get his buthurt ego satisfied. I hope he meets a suitable end for his bad karma routine

Having just watched a video on you tube I had to check and see if I had gone back in time to the stazi of 1940s. Is it a wonder there’s a divide between public and police. Disgraceful behaviour! Issuing a dispersal because of watching the police and not taking his hands out of is pocket. Intimidation tactics by a bullying, unprofessional Sargent 927 and the rest of the police thugs.

I would advise all members of public to stay clear of West Midlands Stasi department. Just watched a video of some scrubby looking Sergeant harassing and intimidating citizen who dared bruise his ego.

I would advise any person to stay away from the alleged third best employer in the UK. They do not know their ear from their elbow.

The assessment day was the the first part, you advertise for part and full time yet on the day your officer states that there is no part time only full time. I mean why advertise this if this was the case.

Then the charade just carries on, you have the job, this is the dates your training will commence. Then another call, we need to move your training, then they say it was 3 weeks training now it's 4 weeks. Drop everything why don't you.

When you chase them up for a start date, the goal post moves again, then they state, just waiting in a few references, which I know was not the case.

Then they drop the hammer and say that you have not got it because you failed vetting, suddenly from references to you have failed vetting. Nice.

Such a cowboy operation you would not believe.
I have spoken to a few people, not mentioning any names, the blatant racism that was on display was sickening, left after a few days. I would stay away.
