While we acknowledge there was a genuine issue with a loading error on your order—and we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused—your portrayal of the situation is exaggerated and, unfortunately, misleading.

To address your claims:

The suggestion that I “blamed staff” is entirely false. I took full responsibility during our conversation, explained the situation transparently, and promptly processed a full refund when it became clear you no longer wished to wait for a realistically resolution.

Your omission of key details, such as the fact that our driver went beyond our standard kerbside delivery policy by carrying items to a substantially non-kerbside location, paints an incomplete picture.
Additionally, your refusal to allow the lorry to be reloaded unless a discount was offered created unnecessary complications, making it difficult to resolve the situation amicably.

We take pride in our strong reputation, built on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers. Our reviews speak for themselves, and we work tirelessly to ensure a high standard of service. Constructive criticism is always welcomed, but your approach—consistent with the tone of some of your previous reviews—was unnecessarily combative, which made finding a resolution more challenging.

As a business, we’re proud of our reputation and the relationships we build with customers. In this case, however, it’s clear that continuing any future dealings would not be productive for either party. We wish you the best with your project and any future suppliers you choose to work with.
