product looks very little like the photos advertised; poor quality and workmanship, glue flying everywhere.
just found similar item on aliexpress for less than 1 USD.
seems like just an overpriced drop shipping service.

If you had a quality issue it is most likely due to the item being damaged during shipment. This is rare but does happen from time to time, however our support team will always send a replacement at no additional cost when these issues are brought to our attention.
Unfortunately some of our products and designs have been illegally copied for reproduction by cheap resellers who do not care as much about the quality of the what they are making. This is something we are constantly working to fight against.

Since we are located in the USA and you are located in Sweden delivery times can be unpredictable. This is due to Customs processing times in Sweden, which is out of our control and took nearly 4 days.

Update on unreceived items

An order, that was on stock didn't arrive even after 8 days of purchase. I had to cancel it. American packages arrive in less than 7 days. I am amazingly disappointed that a such companies can exist in 2025
