So far not so good. 12 days later I am still waiting for my order despite the tracking saying it’s on the way. This company also deals with EVRI which in my part of the world has a very bad reputation for damaged goods or non delivery.
Anyway I have emailed dealhub twice now and they tell me my original order was lost and another order is on its way. I won’t hold my breath and will probably not order from them again.

This is such a wonderful company to deal with! If a small adjustment to be made after an order has been sent, they’ll do it and quickly inform you they were happy to. And the speedy receipt of the item too!

On receiving and being charged for two items when I only ordered one. I stated that I may have made a mistake eventhough i knew I hadn't. Very nice email from the company
saying of 'cause you can have a refund! What they failed to say was i had to send it back to a address in the USA??? Obviously at my own expense and if I wanted to make sure it actually got there I would need to pay more. It was the dishonesty that I was angry about. I found very pleasant company until help is needed. Iv had back and forth emails and now had to tell this company to stop contacting me or i will complain of harassment

Why would I spend £20 on returning something that never even come from the USA???
As iv stated, a company can come across as nice when you do not hear from a customer but its that one customer that needs assistance that speaks volumes as how they treated. So no thanks won't bother to take up your offer of spending over £20 to mail the item that you sent thats not worth that amount to USA without even knowing when it will get there and will probably never get a refund.
So again no thanks
Customer service is the backbone of a good company. I dont even care about the extra one paid for it was your deception that changed my opinion
Hopefully you treat others better if the time comes

What a great service! My package wasn't nowhere to find by the delivery service after I got a notification it was in my letterbox. I had a really good and fast contact with support from WDH, they sended me a second package. The quality is top and the sizes are really bigger then expected. Thanks a lot!

I ordered Sydney the cat for my daughter. I was kept informed of my order status by regular emails. Although it took 2 weeks to reach us from the UK, my daughter was delighted with her gift.
