From the moment I walked in, I was treated amazingly as were my entire bridal party! Kirsty at Ashford was great and really helped support me, giving ideas, tips and tricks and generally making me feel like I mattered. As a self conscious girly this was beyond need and incredibly grateful!

What can I say I came out of the Ashford wed2be store not wanting to get married,I only got to try 2 dresses on and felt pushed into putting a deposit on it or was told if I didn't my dress would not be there for me to take my bridal party back to see.
I was then told we only hold it for 2 weeks and then you lose the dress and the £100 deposit.
I kept looking at the pic the girl had taken for me and by Tuesday I realised it was not the dress for me I looked terrible in it so I messaged wed2be and told them they said I only have till the 21st Feb to take my bridal party and pick a dress.
Being a bride this is a big thing picking a dress,also I could not get all my bridal party by that date.
I have now been to another bridal shop and was treated amazing i came out ready for my wedding , have found my dream dress on valentines day .
I have asked wed2be if their is any chance of my £100 back i have been refused so I said save losing my deposit can I buy the under skirt for my new wedding dress I have been told no.
It's not as though I had alterations done or had this designed for me .
Wed2be are not losing anything they just put it back on the rail ,they would have still made money by me buying the under skirt I'm sure they could of on this occasion let me buy something else after the way I had been made to feel.
I'm then told it will cost me another at least £50 for a bad and box to take it home REALLY!!

I cannot recommend this shop enough! I was told by a friend to come here and it was my first dress shopping experience and I was so nervous! I was greeted by Shannon and we had a good conversation about what I was thinking of she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed within 2 minutes and she pulled several different dresses making sure to take all of my thoughts and opinions into account and I found the perfect dress. I never would’ve pulled this dress for myself and wouldn’t have my dream wedding outfit without Shannon so thank you!!!

I loved my experience at Wed2b Ashford! I had the lovely Zahreen looking after to me and giving me that one to one support the whole time. She listened to everything we needed and was able to know exactly what to say and when! The experience was once of a lifetime! Thank You

I had Chloe help me with finding my perfect dress! I went in not having a clue what I would like or would suit my fit however Chloe put me at ease and every dress she picked fitted me perfectly. I was unsure between two dresses and I didn’t feel rushed at all, Chloe helped me get back into both the dresses to help me decide which was my favourite! I found my PERFECT dress ready for my special day! Highly recommend Chloe at the ashford store x

Collected my bridesmaids dresses on Saturday yet again the team of girls there were very kind & helpful made my wedding dress and bridesmaids experience fantastic keep up the good work girls and thank you xx

Went into the Ashford store to look at dresses and different styles. Jess was great and so helpful. Ended up trying a dress on which I didnt expect to like buy loved it and bought it with a few extra bits to add on. It was a great experience all round

Really friendly and helpful staff, not pushy and very patient .

The dress sales assistant Megan at the Ashford Store, was professional throughout the whole appointment, made myself and all the bridesmaids feel comfortable during the dress fitting and took her time helping us to find the perfect dresses. She was very creative showing us different adaptations that could be made of the dresses. Thank you for helping us find our perfect dresses!🙂

Honestly the best experience ever! I can not recommend the ashford store any more! Especially Zahreen she was truly amazing!! Went above and beyond and made me feel so special and listened to everything I wanted and needed! Thank you again! X

We had mistakenly been told the shop closed at 7, not 5, so arrived just after closing to collect a dress put aside for us. Despite this Meg stayed to help me get my perfect dress with a smile and was so kind throughout. She was absolutely amazing and I would recommend to anyone!

I am getting married in less than 6 months and had previously been told by other bridal stores that they would not be able to get me a dress in time. Shannon looked after us and she was amazing! I could not fault her, she really looked after me and I ended up choosing a dress and taking it home the same day!! Would really recommend!!

Was lovely, girls were lovely.

The girl I did have (I can’t remember her name, had dark red hair and glasses) was great. Showed her a few dresses I’d seen online and wasn’t sure about a couple but tried on as many as I wanted as many times as I wanted too aha.

I did find the one and was sooo happy!

We've just spent 3 hours at Ashford and I can't thank the ladies enough for their patience and help finding my daughter her perfect dress. They made us feel valued and comfortable without any pressure and they really listened to my daughter's ideas. I would highly recommend.
