Kirsty was really great. Made me feel completely comfortable. Kirsty was so kind and patient with me when trying on different dresses and switching between two dresses. It made the whole experience more enjoyable.
Dresses are lovely and well priced compared to other bridal shops.

Excellent , I was very nervous at first as I’m 55 years old & my 2nd marriage .
But right from the start I felt really relaxed the staff are lovely & give good advise too.
The service was great & so easy not stressful in anyway .
I found my dream dress so very grateful.

I went with the intention of choosing a style and came out with THE DRESS!! staff at Ashford were amazing and supportive, completely led by me.

So helpful and completely understood my needs and requirements! The second dress I tried was the one for me and the advisor I was working with just completely understood the assignment! Great prices too but my only suggestion would be having an in-store seamstress :)

Zahreen and all the staff were absolutely amazing. I was nervous about going to try dresses but Zahreen listened to me and what I liked, gave amazing advice and was supportive the whole way through. I ended up taking my dream dress home! I would recommend Wed2b to any bride to be, amazing selection and fantastic staff!

From the start the staff was lovely, warm and welcoming. Megan had sat down with me asked the general what I envisioned my likes and what I didn't want. Was very lovely complementing and so helpful and I ended up purchasing a dress I fell in love with something I didn't think I'd wear and pulled it together with a few accessories (I literally cried) very happy tears, tissues everything and that was a very wholesome feeling and reaction I cannot rate them enough ❤️

It was a great experience, I felt very comfortable and relaxed whilst having fun. I was able to see how I could personalise the dress I said yes to making I unique to me which was amazing

I had a fantastic experience at Wed2Be in Ashford (and said yes to my dress!). Kirsty was kind, considerate and helpful: she was really patient and made really great suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to try. I didn't feel rushed at any point or pressured into making a decision, just encouraged to try out different dresses until I found the one that was right for me. I would definitely recommend going early and on a week day when things are quieter, though I still had Kirsty's undivided attention even when things were busy. Thank you so much for a happy and confidence building dress shopping experience!

I came in today to look for my dress, Meg helped me find the one. She was so friendly and seemed to instantly know my styles just by asking a few simple questions. She made me feel ao at ease and was so helpful with all the dresses and bits to go with it. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants a stress free experience. Thank you so much

O.m.g the survice i ad was 100% the staff were 100% the only part i wasant 2 keen on was the after part trying to sale the extra stuff to go with the wedding ect accessoriesbut the sale ing the dress was 100 and 1%

Absolutely brillant Nevaeh was great with me she really listened to me and took note of what I liked an disliked she was really patient and made me feel reallt comfortable the team were great and finding the right one and yes I said yes to the dress today a brillant memorials experience

Meg was absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble and she was very friendly and helpful. She listened to what i wanted and found the most perfect dress for me. Will definitely be recommending to others.

I visited the store in Ashford Kent on Saturday last with my daughter and I can honestly say that the sales consultant whose name was Kirsty, deserves 10 stars for customer service, she was so incredibly helpful, patient and an absolute joy in her enthusiasm! The dress that my daughter loved unfortunately was only available in that store two sizes too large for her but Kirsty managed to find a size 10 in the Baker Street branch in London, however my daughter rang on Monday morning to see if the size was still available so she could go in and purchase it, apparently the girl that took the telephone call was rude and offhand and said they had sold the size at 5 pm the previous Saturday and there was nothing in the store remotely like it! I would suggest this young lady take a leaf out of Kirsty‘s book, in terms of kindness and enthusiasm for the wedding gowns and the brides to be! Because Kirsty‘s parting shot was I do hope they have the dress for you on Monday because you looked absolutely breathtaking in it, however we always have amazing wedding dresses and next month we will have new stock, so please, please come and see us again. I am sure we will find you the dress of your dreams! Although my daughter works in London and it would be easier for her to go into the Baker Street store even though she lives in Ashford, she said she wouldn’t go into that store if it were the last wedding dress shop on the planet because whoever she spoke to was so rude and unhelpful! Absolutely overwhelmed. I was merely ‘popping in’ to work out what suits me… I put across what I had in mind yet also welcomed trying the opposite just to make sure. Patience and really listened to was what I was welcomed with. I fell in love with a dress - choked and tears ready even before I was completely in it. I’m sure she saved it for last on purpose lol I returned the following day with my daughter just to make sure and I took it home. Fabulous

I came in looking for my dream wedding dress and Caitlin was amazing from start to finish. I showed her the dresses I had seen online and we tried on four. She made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. She made suggestions of things I hadn’t thought I would want, but the selections she made were absolutely perfect and I ended up leaving with my dream dress, a veil and a beautiful headband. Thank you so much for making it such a wonderful experience

Nic was absolutely amazing and 100% knew her stuff! Second dress and I said yes because it was perfect!

So I picked up seven bridesmaids dresses in torrential rain I was told that I had to pay £10 each for the bags. I feel as good for gesture after picking up seven dresses at £120 a dress that they would’ve given me a bag for free, they put them in a black Bed liner that weren’t really covered and screwed up soaking wet by the time I got them home. I was also told that they would send the eighth dress to my address when I got there they said they don’t do that service, so I’ll come all the way from the Isle of Sheppey to collect the last dress. I didn’t feel like we got hundred percent. service.

I came into the shop on ashford last week feeling very overwhelmed and with no clue as to how I wanted my wedding dress to look. I had a lovely lady called Nicky and she took away all my stresses and gave me such a wonderful experience nothing was to much for her and she made my mum and sister feel extremely involved also. However all the ladies in the shop were very welcoming and involved and it was just a wonderful day. Thank you

Absolutely a 5* review. Ashford store & ladies were accommodating to my needs for a repeat visit with my bridesmaids. We purchased accessories this time which were a recommendation by the assistants.
I also decided to purchase a veil slide as well which I’d tried on when buying my wedding dress a good 12-months ago.
This store has consistently supported all my needs over 4-visits & gave me such a wonderful adventure.
Would advise anyone looking for a dress to keep an open mind, let the ladies listen to your needs and give their experience in a no pressure environment. This was stress free.

Lovely wedding dress shop. Was made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience! We had Meg show us and help us try on all the dresses.. she listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered & I ended up buying the first dress I was shown! We all ended up having a laugh which made everything a lot more relaxed. Would definitely recommend to future brides.
