Stairlift removal.
Arrived as arranged.
Polite guy (Matt)who gave me the £50 immediately on arrival before he even dismantled the stairlift.
He was very quick & efficient - only took him 45 mins to remove it & left no mess. Its a shame that i was only offered £50 for a 2 year old stairlift that cost £2500 when new.

Thank you for leaving us a review, Kevin. It’s great to hear that our engineer took good care, arrived right on time with immediate payment, and completed the removal cleanly within 45 minutes.
We truly empathise with how disappointing the drop in secondhand value feels after paying a much higher amount brand new; the price originally paid is inclusive of the survey, installation, manufacture of the rail, warranties, emergency call outs and repairs, and of course the installer’s own profit. Thank you again for your review, and we wish you all the best.
Excellent, would highly recommend
Fast, reliable and very efficient.
Micheal arrived punctually, was very polite and got on with the job without supervision. It took about half an hour to dismantle the old stairlift and he left my staircase neat and tidy. Would highly recommend. Great service!

An excellent company providing a great service
Having used We Buy Any Stairlift previously when selling my parents’ house, I had no hesitation in contacting them again to remove a stairlift from the house we have just moved into. The service and communication from start to finish has been excellent. After the initial contact with the company a suitable date was arranged with the engineer to call within a couple of weeks. He arrived on time and carefully removed the stairlift and fittings. His advice on ways to rejuvenate the stair carpet where it has been compressed by the fittings has been very helpful too.
It is good to know that the stairlift parts will be recycled.
