Excellent service provided by all. Initial assessment and quotation was done easily on-line with photos and details. Phone call received from company after quote. Gentleman was courteous and explained process. Engineer attended, was very punctual, having travelled all the way from Leeds to Harrow. Removal was carried out in a professional manner, leaving everything clean and tidy. Payment transfer was made whilst engineer present. Very happy with the service.

Good experience - would recommend if you need a stairlift removed.
A huge thank you to Stairlift Warehouse. I contacted the company to remove a stannah stairlift which was no longer needed. The company advertise that they purchase unwanted stairlifts which is exactly what they do. Communication is excellent. From making my initial enquiry I received an acknowledgement email and after a few days a gentleman phoned, and we agreed a price for them to buy the stairlift as well as arranged a removal date. The engineer, John contacted me the day before to check the arrangements was still ok as well as notified me on the day that he was on his way. The bank transfer was completed before John started to remove the stairlift. He removed the stairlift swiftly and after he’d gone there was nothing for me to do. He did an excellent job. Thank you, John and thank you to the gentleman who initially contacted me and completed the bank transfer. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name. The whole process from start to the removal of the stairlift was straightforward and a very efficient… a first-class company who do exactly as they advertise!

The stairlift warehouse Dec and John …
The stairlift warehouse has been to take my stairlift away. It was easy and the company explained when the guys come they will assess and confirm the price.
Dec and John came and were polite and did a thorough check and said a price which I agreed. Dec and John were very efficient and showed compassion and very quick at removing stair lift. Highly recommend Dec and John and also company for removing and cleaning up after.

First class company.
Excellent customer service, communication was prompt and all staff that I dealt with were friendly and polite. Contacted the day before by John the engineer with ETA (smack bang on time on the day). They made sure payment (very fair price) was sent/received before starting to take out the stair lift.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Replied quickly to my enquiry . The removal of the lift only took one hour and payment was received during the removal. The engineer arrived on time and was a pleasant person , easy to deal with.
