To everyone that need a website by all means avoid this company period.
Over one month to da a logo for my company and website have not started I paid for the logo to be done head letter etc…
However it’s not I’m place and I can’t proceed with other side of my work due they delay I have a employee ready and juts sit in the office waiting on the website with all information to resume the rest of the works.
Stuff it’s very good one the phone wen you call unfortunately they are juts giving excuses why it’s late as a high volume of clients etc….
Ps wen I call was said 14-17 working days website will be ready 30 later they can’t even finish a logo!!!!
It’s very frustrating as it’s not refund the money if I pull out as I juts started my business it’s very frustrating….

Sorry to hear you are not happy with how things have been going. We have been very busy the last few weeks due to unexpected staff absences. When we complete your products some of them are dependent on others so for example we cannot start the website until the logo is signed off. Your logo did take 10 working days when we aim for 5 which we apologise for. Normally the website would then enter the queue with 5-10 working days from when you sign off the logo. I can see one of our managers moved your site directly to build once the logo was completed so you received the draft site in 3 days from that point. You gave us some amendments to make 23rd November which we completed. We received no reply from 4 emails we sent asking for your feedback from those amendments. On the 8th December you mentioned you were on holiday. It looks like you have not signed off the website yet and this is why the letterhead had not entered the design queue. For the initial delay we have provided a goodwill credit and I can see that the letter head has been force pushed to a designer even though the website is not signed off. I hope shorty everything will be completed to your satisfaction. If there is anything I have missed please do drop us an email to hello@webfactory.co.uk.

Proactive and responsive input from the design team
Our designer was quick to respond to our requests for major and minor tweaks and even played around with fonts and photos till we got it right. At no stage did we get the impression that we were being too picky or difficult (even though I thought we were!).
Having started with a very basic layout we saw the benefits of the designers suggestions over our fairly basic requirements.

appalling service, expected to do everything myself, short staffed and no one to talk too. Web chat is pointless as you are unable to sort the design issues. truly the worst webdesign I have come across and for the money even worse

Steve comes across as an erudite…
Steve comes across as an erudite professional designer. He gave me plenty to choose from - making as many as 10 different design concepts at the start, which i wasn't expecting. I had thought just 3 or 4 design concepts would be on offer.
In addition, Steve was responsive and polite all through the logo design even with my sort of "Oliver twist" requests and so on. So, i am fully proud of the services offered at webfactory as carried out by Steve
