We were very disappointed to learn that WebdesignVR presented our website eluxuryproperties.com to their potential clients and falsely claimed they designed it. A few people even contacted us directly, and we had to clarify that we have no association with them.

This kind of misleading practice is completely unacceptable. If you can’t match our standard of work, claiming credit for it is not the way to build trust. We strongly advise anyone to verify their claims before working with them.

WebdesignVR delivered a beautiful, highly functional direct booking website for Chesapeake Paradise. The calendar integrates with Hostaway and our other platforms, which could make a huge difference for our business.

We did experience some bumps and significant delays early in the process, especially with turnover in the team members assigned to our project. However, in the final stages, the team has been responsive, professional, and committed to making things right. They were able to meet our requests, and the final result reflects that effort.

They’ve been amenable to most edits as well as section/page additions—and we've been assured they’ll continue to be available as our site grows, traffic increases, and future upgrades are needed. While the platform doesn’t offer quite as much backend control as we’d hoped, they’ve continued to grant us more access over time once it was clear we were capable of managing our own updates.

We’re happy with how the site looks and functions, and we appreciate having a support team in place moving forward.

Don't waste your money. They designed a website which only created more problems. Asked to fix functional errors, and they were never resolved - highly don't recommend.

Where do I start?
1. They launched my web page saying my company is in the Caribbean when it is in Myrtle Beach.
2. The support phone number quit working for my number.
3. The Sales Number would go to voicemail after the sale.
4. They copy and pasted copyright info from my competitor and put that on my go-live website.
5. The website would let people triple book.
6. The website was down 20% of the time.
7. I started getting Russian inquiries with spam links in my contact e-mail form. 300+
8. Had to contact a support e-mail address of which they seemed to miss most of my inquiries.
9. They tried to upsell widgets to me which I could just copy and paste from weather apps.
10. My owners would block out dates to visit their own poperty bu the website would let folks book over those dates and it would show open on the website.
11. When i blocked out units for maintenance it would still let people Book.
12. They said they fixed the problem and for the isolated owner or property it would be fixed temporarily however ALL properties were not fixed and its a total disaster.
13. They are located in India so the time variance made it difficult to get support int he USA

Scam company that won't stop harassing me. These crooks give real web design conpanies a bad name.

Hassles people with misleading information on webforms.
