I have had nothing but issues with my website since inception. Additionally, promises were made about how the website works and whenever there is an issue, they try to upsell me. They are slow to respond via email and there is no other way to interact with them. Buyer Beware. Once my yearly contract is up, I will be gone.

I had WebDesignVR build my site about 1.5 years ago, they did a great job. Yesterday I had my DNS owner mess up the redirect and I couldn't figure out how to resolve it. I put in a ticket and Sam helped me resolve it no issue. ty! - Rich

I used this company for our website MountainBeachVacations.com. They had the website made in a timely fashion. There were a few small kinks to work out but they have been responsive and were able to resolve them all with a turn around time ranging from same day to a few days. They have offered improvements along the way. For the price I paid, I would say it has been a good service overall.

Although it took many sessions of edits to the original draft of the website that was created, there were no hidden charges for all of the extra time and effort that their team put into making the site perfect.

Working with Edward has been simply outstanding. He has been patient, and any time delays have been due to us, as we have had to pause giving feedback on several occasions.
