Complete Scam, Stay Far Away!

I purchased a AAA Amazon Store from Wealth Assistants back in late Jan 2023 for $75k and I have to echo the last reviewer that this has been the worst experience i have ever encountered (and i invest in many other businesses all the time). They have shuffled me through two "Account Managers" who were both brand new hires who knew absolutely zero about the business or its processes. They promised that they would have my store up and selling product within 12 weeks at the latest and as of this review, we are at 16 weeks and i havent received one update or any correspondence as to the progress of my store.

They claim to offer a 1 year money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the store or Wealth Assistants performance. I sent an email requesting my money back over a month ago and have since followed up twice with absolutely zero response.

This is no way to run a business or treat a "partner".

These guys are a complete scam..............please stay far away and dont make the same mistake that i did.

Updating review

June 16, 2023 - I am updating my review to four stars. I feel much better after speaking with several individuals at the company. They explained the lack of communication was a result of an ongoing reorganization of how clients are managed and that through this new process communication with clients admittedly fell to the wayside. The client support line was only meant to be a temporary fix, and I now have a dedicated PSM working directly with me. Overall, I do feel that Wealth Assistants is doing their best to support the success of my store. I anticipate that communication and attentiveness will continue to improve over the coming months. I look forward to updating this review to 5 stars once I begin to see the fruits of my investment.

I invested $35K back in October 2022 with the promise that my store would be up and running in a month...it is now June 2023 and I have yet to make a single sale. This is most definitely the worst run company I have ever personally encountered...the lack of professionalism, communication, and unfulfilled promises is unmatched.

What I believe is happening is that their marketing engine is way too strong and their operational engine is completely lacking. They likely continue to bring in clients at a rate that is unsustainable, and this is what is causing the incredibly horrible service and inattentiveness. Not only do I not have a point of contact at the company anymore, but they are now telling clients to reach out to a client care support line that rarely responds to requests, and when they do it takes them a whole business week.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience thus far, and can only hope that they turn this around. But the way that things are looking...I am sure the will be filing for bankruptcy. RUN LIKE THE WIND!

UPDATED - Wealth Assistants dropped the ball, but hopefully we can recover

6/1/2023 - Update
I sent an email to Matt, the president of Wealth Assistants, explaining our situation and what we have been through so far with this company, Matt called me within 5 minutes of sending the email to apologize and explain what was going on. Apparently, Wealth Assistants made some changes to their business model recently that required them to rethink the logistics on the store. in addition to some technical difficulties onboarding a new CRM about 70 / 80 clients got "lost in the shuffle" after speaking to Matt and listening to his explanation, I actually do believe this is a legit service. I understand having to shift in order to adapt and how things can get complicated, but the lack of communication is just unacceptable. Matt agreed and assured me that he would do his due diligence to get an account rep to reach out to my father.

I obviously would like to update this review with actual progress and listings in the store, but I understand that takes time. So far, i am pleased with the response and just glad we are moving forward.

5/31 -UPDATE-
So after trying relentlessly to try and get ahold of someone I was able to get ahold a sales rep by scheduling a strategy session. They are unresponsive to existing clients, people who have already paid them thousands of dollars. But they called me within 15 min when I said I was a prospective client.

A gentleman by the name of Carl Elkin called me. I sat through the presentation listened to the process on how to get started and asked him if they were experiencing any operational issues. He assured me that the company was performing and clients were happy. After about 10 minutes I mentioned I had my father on the phone with me who is an existing client and has not seen any activity in his store for over 6 months.

Carl assured me that this was not a customers typical experience and that he would get in me touch with Matt Crouch the president. Carl sent an email with Matt cc’d - we still have not gotten a response.

My father purchased the done for your amazon store service from wealth assistant 6 months ago and we have not seen any movement on our store.

Beyond receiving daily reports from amazon saying there are new listing in our store, we have received no communication from support or our account manager for over 2 weeks.

Upon checking the store inventory, we can see there have been no listings added, no descriptions filled out, our company profile is even incomplete.

I set up an amazon fba store myself in two weeks, sourced products from Alibaba.com and sent them off to FBA all in a matter of days.

For my father to spend 30k with this company and get no results, no communication, and no clear expectation of when he can see his ROI It makes me very uneasy

My father is 60+ years old and used an interest free loan (for 12 months) to invest in this company, so far , this process has been a scam. We are 6 / 7 months in and nothing! Intrest payments start in 5 months and the people running this, clearly have no consideration for the people who put their trust in them.

I believed in Wealth Assistants.

Update 10/23.

Looks like this company has gone out of bussiness or something. Terrible communication has been a problem since the first several months. Was very hopeful. And they made me feel very good back in June. But as of today. Almost 12 months in. I've made about 4K total on my 50K investment. And now, have no idea what the future holds.

Has not been a good experience. In a group now that is trying to figure it all out. Will have to see where we go from here.

I invested with WA in November 2022. So far, things have not gone the way I would have liked or planned.

But, the same is true for Wealth Assistants. They have made so many structural changes, and they are now getting things rolling the RIGHT way!

Its been a tough couple of months, but I believe in them. Every time I connected with any individual under this banner. They have all been nothing short of spectacular!

We had some differences, and we have had some challenges. But, WA has honored me as a partner. They have made changes from top to bottom over the last 7 months. Everything looks to be heading in a positive direction.

I spoke with the president of the company on 6/28. We had a great talk about the state of WA, the state of my store, and where we see ourselves at 5+ years from now.

I believe we were able to connect on a heart to heart level. I now have a regained confidence in their commitment to their clients.

For me, this has always been a long-term plan. I needed to make sure they felt the same. And I believe that they absolutely do. They have the right people in place now to make this thing explode!

I have zero doubts of their integrity or their desire to make my store successful. I am super excited to see where we go from here. And I believe that the best is yet to come!

Got taken for $55k!

Got a call from the president of the company directly. First off he apologized for the dropped communication ball and the explained what was going on. Due to rapid growth some internal changes were necessary and one of those involved the system, or technology, that was being used to handle all the accounts. In the midst of this transition some people (such as myself) got left out of the communication circle due to a glitch of some sort. He spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone explaining everything and laying out how the new overall structure was going to be more conducive to getting clientele taken care of and products moving. I’m not necessarily a fan of this new structure but I do understand the need to adapt when growth is as substantial as Wealth Assistance is experiencing right now. Anyway, given the fact that the President of the company reached out personally and went into depth explaining everything I obviously feel much better, hence the upgrade from 1 star to 4. I told him I’d do another review down the road and if the numbers are all where they’re supposed to be I’d bump it to 5 stars. Fingers crossed…

Unfortunately it looks like this company has taken my money and run. I started the process about three months ago and everything was moving along very quickly and if I’m being totally honest, they were very very impressive with their response time in their level of involvement. Unfortunately, as of about a week ago the company went completely dark, no returned emails my account manager disappeared, no phone calls answered, no messages returned, nothing. I finally had to track down my account manager via Facebook and use the Messenger app to reach out to her. She said that she had been laid off and has no information other than that, no one I can talk to and no direct phone number to call. For anybody else who is reading this, and has spent money with them I would suggest, you start tracking down a good attorney.

They delivered nothing so far.

I took a chance on Wealth Assistants in October 2022. They projected sales revenues and profits of products to be sold in my Amazon store with a plausible ramp up, saying they have done this dozens (hundreds!) of times. In February 2023, they apologized for execution problems as they pivoted from Dropship to Fulfill by Amazon model, changing my profit share % in the first year. I was billed and paid for inventory in April, and I thought, "At last, it begins!" Not a single product is in my store to date.

UPDATE 5/24/23. I had a conference call with three executives from WA. All acknowledged that it has taken too long to get my store going, but they insist that they have worked out operations and will make right with their investor-clients. President Matt Crouch showed me a screenshot of where I have inventory landing at Amazon and will be for sale shortly. I am withholding a Trust score (3 = neutral) but will share my ongoing updates here so readers are aware of the progress.

Going on 8 months and no progress with…

Going on 8 months and no progress with inventory listings, inventory purchased 3 times, still no items listing for 4 months and now requested to purchase another invoice of items with no listings up to date at all. This is definitely sounding like a scam.

SCAM COMPANY SEPTEMBER UPDATE

SEPTEMBER UPDATE: Wealth Assistants continues to not deliver on promises. PRESIDENT Matt Crouch has made promises to fix the store, amend the contract, and simply hasn't done anything. With multiple attempts to contact him he has gone completely silent. If you look closely at WA website you will see that they have removed the staff pictures and backed off their guarantees. Bankruptcy is next and there is ZERO RESULTS FOR MULTIPLE STORES! **WEALTH ASSISTANTS IS A SCAM COMPANY!**

June Update: Wealth Assistants is still not delivering. They remove negative reviews as quickly as they're posted. SCAM COMPANY. Check google reviews for proof. Two employees, one of which who is the Marketing VP of WA just posted 5 star reviews after I posted a negative review. Why would a company do that if they had nothing to hide?

Here is an update to my previous review. Wealth Assistants continues to review with a promise that inventory would be in our stores by the end of March......THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! Once again there has been no movement on our stores and another month has passed where we haven't made any money. GOING ON 7 MONTHS NOW OF NO INVENTORY!!!

I thought the estimated one year time…

I thought the estimated one year time frame they projected sounded a bit aggressive but here I sit one year later actually bringing in that monthly amount. It’s great to find a solid company who is able to deliver what they forecast.

I started my own Amazon store and it…

I started my own Amazon store and it was too much work and I quit. I had looked into several automation companies before I came upon Wealth Assistants.

They were the only company at the time that had pictures of the employees on the website.

I scheduled a call and they were very professional plus they showed me examples of live stores, not just screenshots.

Plus they had their 12-month guarantee. After my due diligence. I decided to join.

They set up my business. Launched my store and I started making sales on the first day. I have made earned more money in 3 months than I did running my own store.
