Horrible company and owner!
This company sold me on 10k per month sales…. I was with them for 12 month and had zero in sales until month 6 and only 4K total in sales over the last 12 months. I went through 6 sales people and bosses that all promised they would get things changed but nothing. They even had me pay 2 invoices in the last 2 weeks before they closed the doors on me. If I could give a zero I would have….

I went for it thinking why not. If it doesn’t perform well or seems shady I can get the start up money back minus the inventory they bought for the store. It took 6 months to get the store to the point of where it made its first purchase for inventory. I made sure I did everything I needed to do within a week of being notified to do so. I’m 2 months away from the buy back timeline and I voiced that I wanted to know what that looks like because the store is not performing even close to what they said it would. The email of the person I was talking to “is no longer reachable” or not a real email now according to google. I have reached out to their customer support portal for clients and non clients. No response. Do not waste your time. This is most likely a Ponzi scheme in my opinion now. I say that because I made $1,500 and then they stopped re stocking the items that were doing really well. Stopped responding. save yourself the headache.
Feels like a scam
it's been 4 months now since I invested my $$ and WA hasn't delivered any of their promises, I have provided everything as soon as they asked from money, bank account...etc. what I notice so far is dealing with some unprofessional kids , what they call PSMs at least for the one I am dealing with he is not communicative at all and that makes you wonder if I have been scammed.

Join/post in the comments because a community is building for class action lawsuit. Nobody knows what is really going on but we could be dealing with a massive fraud/scam here. If you’ve been affected, my suggestion would be to file a police report, file an online complaint on FTC.gov, and file a complaint to your State Attorneys office. We need law enforcement’s attention. All these other positive reviews are bogus..this company is a sham and a joke of an operation.

Wealth Assistants LLC. I entered into a contractual agreement with them on 11/23/2022, and the experience has been nothing short
of a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues related to lack of response, poor customer service, missed milestones,
and broken assurances, the company has shown complete indifference to my concerns. What is even more concerning is that when I
attempted to contact the company president, I received a bounce-back message from their email address, which raises suspicions

Invested with Wealth Assistants approximately 6 months ago, and it's been a complete nightmare. Not only did they disappear, but they took $55k of my hard-earned money with them. Their unprofessionalism knows no bounds. I've had to involve law enforcement for criminal action, and I'm pursuing a lawsuit. Avoid them like the plague!

Failed partnership evaluation
I am currently in the process of searching for a ecom automation partner. The first service team member I spoke with was late to the meeting and couldn't answer most of my questions. Then, he had said he'd send me some case studies and actual prospectus type of financial information for me to evaluate and schedule a follow up with one of their account leads. There was never any follow up, no attempt to get me any more information. If this is any indication of how they treat actual paying customers, I cannot imagine how horrible the experience must be.

The inadequacies one will experience from Wealth Assistants is understated. From my numerous experiences over the past ten months with WA, they have consistently failed to meet the most basic standards of customer service.
I have continued to be recipient of avoidance and substandard performance on all levels. WA lack of follow through, personnel turnover and follow-through is astonishing. Whenever I have encountered basis questions or issues with the e-comm store, I have received no response and been passed on to the next person in the company with no resolve. The team seems non-existent, made up at best, leaving multiple clients feeling frustrated, ignored and quite frankly scammed with their investments.
Additionally, WA is highly misleading their investors when it comes to accurate inventory purchases and handling of funds. On two occasions I have been provided with inventory purchases that were inaccurate only later to be told that the items were no longer in stock. The false information leads to questionable business practices. There is factual evidence indicating that this company executes operations that are un-authentic and shady at best.

3- Unresponsive Leadership: I attempted to escalate these concerns to the Director of Client Relations, hoping for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, not only did I find his approach lackluster in addressing the aforementioned issues, but the broader leadership team also remained unresponsive. This has made the situation all the more frustrating.
4- 35 weeks and 6 days no operation and no inventory.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
This company is a scam! Please don't make the same mistake as I did. Going on almost a year now with no sales and just empty promises. Disregard the 5 star reviews as you can tell they are written by employees or friends. The entire team (Mack, Brandon, Ryan, Matt) should be ashamed of themselves for being involved in this Ponzi Scheme. Fortunately, the investment made won't effect my financial situation but I know of others that put a significant amount of their resources into this scam and they are going through the same thing as me.
Please note - I have not used my actual name in for this review because of a clause in the contract that states that the contract can be void if there is any negative reviews on social media. Trust Pilot - Feel free to email me directly and I can provide you with all of the necessary documentation to show that I am an actual client.
To Wealth Assistants - Just do the right thing and perform as promised from the beginning. If you can do this, I will gladly remove this review. Until then, If I can stop at least one person from being scammed I'm good with it.

These terms were designed not just for legal reasons, but to ensure the smooth flow of operations, mutual satisfaction and an overall successful partnership.
However, it has come to my attention that Wealth Assistants has unfortunately not fulfilled its contractual obligations and has breached the probationary period specified in our contract. This is not only concerning but disappointing, considering our shared objectives and the trust placed in your company.
This contract breach has undoubtedly led to unanticipated challenges and hindered the progress we had hoped to make. I must emphasize the importance of our contract as the framework for our business relationship, and any breaches not only undermine this relationship but also harm the trust and mutual respect we have built over time.
It is my sincere hope that this breach is addressed promptly and robustly. I request a comprehensive plan of action from your side to rectify the situation and ensure strict adherence to the contract going forward. Moreover, please clarify the steps Wealth Assistants will be taking to regain trust and guarantee that all future work will comply with the contractual terms we agreed upon.

My experience with Wealth Assistants has been 5 Star all the way! What I like most about Wealth Assistants is their level of professionalism and complete transparency. Nothing but great.
From the beginning to now having two open stores, Wealth Assistants has been nothing but a stand up company. They have been super hands on and helpful, not leaving one question unanswered. I now have two stores up, running and turning a profit now thanks to WA. Absolutely no complaints to be had.
Everything that they have set up is very well thought through and sets investors up for nothing but success. They are truly professionals with unmatched knowledge of the ecommerce space.

Unacceptable Communication
It's been almost 1 year since I invested with this company. Promise after promise has been broken. I'm still waiting to see my first dime from this investment.
Wait, I did have over $3500 in my first store, but Amazon shut it down due to WA's practices and these funds were frozen by Amazon
I've had many poor experiences in my life, but this is the first time I've elected to share them online. Call me a fool because I still hold out hope that I might make some money one day. Or at least have the courage to thank me for my donation.

Hopeful concept, disappointing execution.
I invested with Wealth Assistants in September of 2022 and have yet to see any return. I realize they have gone through several changes, but the communication has been lacking and recently completely absent. I've reached out several times (after they did away with their "customer success managers") and have received no feedback or response after multiple attempts.
My only ask on the communication front has really been; when can I expect to see activity in my store and what can I reasonably plan for as far as invoices and income are... crickets.
I currently invest in several businesses. This has been a real disappointment and waste of time... Hopeful concept, disappointing execution.
I saw that they have responded positively to feedback on this platform. Hopefully this will encourage them to do the same with my account.

Got an email from customer care. I responded and got the following message:
