I am so glad we found Wayhome, for someone who earns good money and has a decent deposit its still so difficult to buy the home which you are looking for with these current banks and mortgage brokers but Wayhome have made this a reality for us, Mohamed has been great and very nice and pleasant person who you can tell just by speaking to him how much he cares about his customers, nothing was too much for him, very knowledgeable and more than happy to speak to Estate Agents etc if there was anything we were unsure of, thank you Mohamed you have been great! Now we have been moved onto the progression team so hopefully we can get keys for the property as soon as possible!

Wayhome have come into my life at a time when I was at my weakest due to some personal events. Wanting to get onto the property ladder would have been impossible with the current rates, but thanks to Wayhome they helped it happen.

Nadia has been absolutely fantastic and I would rate her customer service skills and listening skills a 10. Its been great working with you so far. I hope we can get through the remaining process just as smoothly so I can move into my new home.

It has been a great start so far with Wayhome. We were looking for an alternative to typical mortgage and Wayhome business model made more sense to us (and Halal). The communication has always been great. Danielle is always there if we needed anything. Any questions we had answered instantly, thanks to their chat system. Unlike those typical Islamic mortgage companies we dealt with before, we never had to wait for more than a day to get a reply from them or had to book an appointment. We now have an offer accepted and looking forward to go through the buying process without any hassle. Hopefully all goes smoothly. I would highly recommend Wayhome to anyone who is looking for a mortgage alternative.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Wayhome and I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service and innovative gradual ownership product they offer. The sales team including Chris and Nadia were always available to answer any questions I had via email, phone, or WhatsApp and made the initial screening and eligiblity process seamless. When looking for houses, the technology provided by Wayhome allowed me to easily narrow down my options and find homes that were more likely to be approved for funding. Booking an appointment with the team was also effortless, with the option to do so in less than 24 hours through my online account. What attracted me to Wayhome is the fact that thier product is Sharia-compliant, with no borrowing or mortgage involved, providing peace of mind as a Muslim. The other reason is that this is a better alternative to renting. With as little as %5 deposit, I will get to call this my own home and won't have to worry about being asked to leave as long as I continue to pay rent for the portion I don't own yet. I also have the chance to invest and buy more equity of the house without any additional admin fees. In fact, through out the process there were no hidden fees or charges and all costs associated with buying the house were clearly explained in advance. As we've got an offer accepted by the funding partners, we are looking forward to concluding the buying process soon and moving into our new home. Low on a deposit? No problem, Wayhome is great as you’re not required to have a massive deposit to get the home you really want. Wayhome has made it easier to buy your first home.The process has been simple and easy to understand. Chris who has been our sales manager has been great. Helped us through every step and always on hand to pick up any of our concerns or questions. I recommend wayhome to anyone with low deposit and looking for a new home. It is definitely a great way to get your first home 😌

We went through the entire application process to the point of putting an offer down on a home. We passed the credit checks at the very beginning and received confirmation of this, with 'affordability checks' left to do.

The affordability check was not completed when it should have been as that section was broken, asking me to connect bank accounts that I do not hold. I raised this as an issue on the 7th November, which took them until 25th November (3 weeks) to fix. I was told by our Account Manager that this would not be an issue and would not hold up the buying process.

They finally fixed and conducted the affordability check, to now be told I've failed their credit check! Apparently the credit check criteria was changed 'several weeks ago' but has not been updated on their system, meaning apparently a lot of customers are now receiving this disappointing news - this was blamed on being a 'young company' and not having enough staff which is completely unacceptable.

Absolutely crushed and hugely disappointed by my experience with Wayhome. Everything was looking incredibly promising, but now I cannot recommend this to anyone as the service on offer is completely misleading, and they are still yet to update their criteria on their website (but continuing to accept applications) which, ultimately, is 'false advertising'.

Really easy service. Helpful and friendly staff. I have been recommends to anyone that will listen!

Thanks to Wayhome we are now moving into our new home after a slightly stressful few months with a few blips on the way. A special Thankyou to the team especially Danielle & Kalitha who were fantastic.We would definitely recommend Wayhome it worked/works for us but may not suit everybody.

Been struggling to get a on the property ladder for a while then we saw wayhome. And no like any process it hasn’t always been plain sailing. But any time there has been an issue so far we have emailed Jason who has sorted it straight away for us. We have now had an offer accepted on a beautiful house and the solicitors are starting to do their work. Fingers crossed in a couple of months all should be signed and we can move in.

A new way of buying a home made me sceptical from the off, but, once you understand just how it works and how Wayhome can help you get on the property ladder and secure a new home within your means, then this takes away nearly all the stress of home buying. It’s been a long hard journey getting a house, especially as we can’t afford the traditional mortgage route. Wayhome is making it feel possible to get us on the ladder with an even better house, which hopefully we’ll get to move into soon. Nadia is the best, nothing is too much trouble, she’s been so sympathetic when things have gone wrong and tries her best to help us, especially with the current economy issues. Wayhome have a lot of growing to do, but it has massive potential. Sometimes it’s hard, but you’ve just got to be resilient and find the right person to help.

My experience with wayhome has been great with a dedicated staff on board to help all through the way buying a property,am in the process of buying one but all point to a very positive end am so sur of that, thank you for all your help through all stage.
