I’ve bought a couple of wat items and I must say the quality is second to none. Even after so many washes my clothes still look and feel the same. The best part about the brand is you get to see them on Sarah and Philippa, you can see the clothes more up close and also helps with sizing. Will definitely be buying more pieces in the future.

I’ve ordered 6 pieces of clothing from WAT this year and kept 4 of them. I’ve been really pleased with them. The design, fabric and finish are high quality and I’ve had lots of compliments particularly on the cool brown linen top and trouser coord and cosy brown sweater. As some items were loose/oversized and I’m 156cm tall I found I had to size down from a S to an XS so they wouldn’t swamp me and WAT exchanged the items free of charge. I also returned a dress and a sweatshirt for a refund and had to pay postage but I’ve found this is common practice for smaller companies, and a few large high street companies are doing this too, so I’m ok with this.

Finally found the perfect pair of jeans for me after hunting for years. I bought the Alfie jeans in black and they go with every type of outfit & shoe. Can be dressed up or down. I wore them to a work outfit with black heeled boots and then soft play with trainers. Hoping my husband’s bought me the blue for Christmas!

I love the beautifully thought out practical every day pieces that can be styled with a touch of glamour in so many ways. I love the regular edits that constantly inspire me to wear the pieces with different accessories in different ways. The sculpted top combo with wide leg trousers is the most flattering outfit I've ever worn. I wear different colour combinations to work with different belts and each time it looks like a new outfit. Everything is beautifully cut and hangs so well. I'm only 5'3 and I'm curvy, but the shape is so flattering. I love that the collections are simple but so well put together. The quality is fantastic. I'm not great at styling myself but I get so many tips from the Instagram account. This really is my favourite brand and I look forward to the 2026 collection.

I’ve bought a few pieces from WAT and have been very happy. Lovely knit wear and I purchased the short puffer jacket which I love. It is so warm and looks great for a casual look with leggings. I wish I sized down on a few tops I’ve bought as they have been very generous with sizing. Size 8 is more like a 10.

The clothes are amazing. Very stylish and chic! Sizing wise they could do a smaller size option, for those that are a size 6. Even their smallest size is sometimes a little big for me. Would love if they did petite sizing for shorter girls. Customer service is brilliant… whenever I’ve had an issue, it’s always been resolved straightaway. Would be nice if they offered free returns but they are a small business. Would say they are slightly overpriced with some of their items eg a wool coat costing £200. That’s only a little les then other established brands. Overall I love WAT the brand and will buying again!

Lovely to see 2 young women build a successful business through Social media. I always find their customer service helpful and quick to respond. They select the newest trends for the season and save me the work. I also love that they are great supporters of Smartworks women’s charity where I volunteer.

Super chic, great materials - all so well thought through and they will work so easily with everything in your wardrobe. LOVE the brand!

Some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe are from Wat for both quality and classic style. I had an issues with a product recently and the team emailed me back straight away with a replacement product - exceptional and personal customer service. Needless to say this has made me an even more loyal customer!

Love my WAT brown wool overcoat. It’s exactly what I was looking for and I’ve already had compliments on it. Also, I found customer service really helpful- they responded quickly to my emails and were able to advise on my sizing query. I adore this brand. Every piece I have purchased is now a staple in my wardrobe & will be for many years. I especially love my black twill tailored wide leg trousers, I wear them all the time and always receive compliments. You can tell by the quality of the material they are well made & I am more than happy spending a little more on good quality clothing that will last. Great customer service, the very few items I have had to return over the years there has never been an issue. My only regret with this brand is not purchasing their green bomber jacket in the summer when I had the chance.

I absolutely love WAT The Brand! Everything I’ve bought from them has been great. I have a twin sister and we love matching outfits, and WAT is perfect for that — stylish, comfortable pieces we both really enjoy wearing.
If I had some constructive feedback, it would be to use more cotton and less polyester in future collections, and to add more options for petite sizes. That would make the brand even better. Overall, I’m a very happy customer and will definitely keep shopping with them

I love WAT for classic wearable items. I bought the white shirt which has a great fabric and flattering shape and the long sleeve brown t-shirt which I super soft and flattering and I wear on repeat.

My fave item most recently bought is the CROC LEATHER BELT in chocolate. It goes with everything from jeans to a skirt. I've recommended it to my friends. It's definitely the one I grab first.

I’ve followed this brand silently for about a year, admiring the clothes from afar. After recently losing some weight, I finally felt ready to reinvent my style and placed my first order a couple of months ago and I haven’t looked back since.

I’ve since made two further orders and already have my eye on my next pieces. For reference, I’m 5’7” and a size 12, and everything I’ve ordered has been true to size. The quality across all six items has been beautiful - the tops and trousers feel like butter, the jeans are so comfortable, and the coats are just fabulous.
