Nice brand was good quality I needed a bigger size so I asked to return it took 14 days to get a reply so in the meantime I decided to take to get the top altered at extra cost. I know this is a small new company but I expect a better returns system should be in place for your customers this is not really acceptable.

Smooth ordering process and quick delivery, i found the items i ordered to be good quality however some of the items did not fit, i looked on their website to request a return and it was advised you had to email support to arrange, i have sent several emails requesting a return and i have had no response, i have now read other reviews and can see that others have had the same experience, i am now stuck with £180.00 worth of items that do not fit and unable to return until i get a response, it states there return process is within 28 days however it seems they delay any response.
It is a shame there customer service is so none existent as they items are lovely and seem high quality however i would not risk placing an order again.

Highly recommend this small brand. Every piece is considered, timeless and will work super hard in your everyday wardrobe. The designs are on trend and of a high quality. They are priced fairly for an independent brand that does not cater for the mass market so you’re less likely to see anyone else wearing the same as you!

As many other customers have experienced, I’m unable to get in contact with the company to make a return, it’s been over 10 days and I’ve sent 4 emails. I have still not received a response. Terrible service!

Having purchased from Watt many times over the years I doubt if myself or family will do so again. I returned an item which was delivered to them on 29th May. An email on the 11th June said that a refund was being issued. It’s now 2nd of July and despite emails to returns no refund has appeared. Are Watt in financial difficulty or just dreadful service nowadays?

I’ve ordered from WAT for years, and have pieces that are years old that I still wear. They have clearly changed their sourcing approach as the quality in a recent order of 6 or so pieces was appalling. I emailed the customer service team to return and give feedback and was so disappointed by their response. They disagreed that the quality had changed, said there had been no change to sourcing (older items are India, Romania and Turkey made, all labels on this order were china) and said I had to pay for the return. A 7 day return policy that you have to email for is also archaic. I will not be ordering from them again.

You have to email them to sort Returns and Exchanges. I have emailed numerous times and messaged on Instagram. They are responsive on Instagram but still nothing has happened and after sending 7 emails to arrange a return I am yet to have heard back. I don't like leaving bad reviews especially of small businesses but how hard can it be? I wouldn't order from them again for that reason.

Absolutely love this brand, I’ve ordered a numerous items and loved every single one of them. Quality of the clothing is so good, the co-ords are my favourite the material and fit are amazing.

I ordered a jumper and the expected delivery date was before my holiday. However the delivery was late and I have been out of the country for over 3 weeks.

As it is over 28days since the order I am unable to return the item

Ordered a nice set but it took 10 working days to arrive and once it arrived I decided i wanted to return it. Many emails later, I’m still yet to receive a response for a post office label that works (the one they sent after a week of emails didn’t scan). Pretty poor experience, won’t be ordering again.

Beautifully, thoughtfully designed clothes! Can’t believe the quality and love the energy and time that’s been put into designing each piece! Will definitely be looking out for WAT THE BRANDS next collection and can’t wait to see what the girls bring out next!

I love WAT! I have quite a few of their pieces now. Slightly higher price tag but so worth the money. Great quality as well as being stylish.

Absolutely love this brand. I’ve been a massive follower of both the girls. When they created WAT I was super excited. I’ve bought so many pieces from lounge wear, cardigans to coats and the quality is amazing. The price point for the clothing is great for the quality and fit. I get so many compliments and I’ve converted friends to buy from WAT too. Keep up the amazing work ladies and can’t wait to purchase more from you! X

I love the WAT the brand clothes and have many pieces. I particularly love the boxy cropped t shirt and have it in nearly every colour (hoping a navy one will be next). Would highly recommend the brand.

I have ordered quite a few items from WAT and really liked them all. Fast delivery and easy returns process too. Good and stylish basics. 4 start and not 5 as sometime I think the price of items is a little high meaning I can’t afford to buy more. Appreciate the girls running the business are from London so prices probably more reflect that market. They do tend to do great sales though.

I have loved shopping at WAT! Their site is easy to navigate and shipping is fast- even to the U.S. where I live! The pieces I have purchased are cut perfectly and are unique- I always get compliments when wearing WAT!
