Perfect for a beginner. It comes with instructions in video format as well as written, which is nice if you have a preferred way to learn. The tools felt sturdy and did the job.
The watch itself is gorgeous.

Great watch and a fun project
I had a great time making my watch (a green and white diver), and am impressed with the quality of the finished article, it has a finish at least as good as my Seiko Prospex Turtle, and with pretty much the same movement (but for around half the price). Am now hooked, and looking at what else I can build, and have the tools I need to do more. I also had an email exchange with Felix and he couldn't be nicer or more passionate about his work, highly recommended.

Great Kit for a beginner
Great Kit for a beginner, I enjoyed the challenge of putting the watch together and the videos in combination with the website were very helpful. I would have liked more building of the movement itself btu given this is a beginner watch I can't complain, the watch works and looks great.
