Great watch at a great price with great customer service. And the best part was that I got to assemble it all. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I wanted a new automatic divers watch for Christmas, but after trawling various stores and web sites, I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted.
I decided to contact self build watch suppliers to see if they could supply me with what I needed. I opened up a dialogue with Felix from Watch Supply that indicated that with a few “work arounds” they could supply me with what I wanted. I decided to give the self build a go.
I wasn’t disappointed.
Ordered the kit, extras and tools as directed by Felix.
Order was tracked and delivered when stated.
With the help of the online tutorial and supplied manual
I was able to build my first watch to the exact specifications that I wanted. I’ve been monitoring the accuracy of the movement over the last few days, and it’s on par (if not better) than a lot of my other watches.
So… I now have a quality accurate timepiece which I’ve built myself… to the spec that I wanted at a very reasonable price. I can’t recommend the whole experience highly enough. Thanks

Ordered several watches a presents and built one myself. Instructions very clear both in the booklet provided and videos online.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting a unique watch that can customise with so many dial, case and hand options in the range.

Excellent service from start to finish. Cant fault.

Easy to browse and pick a kit to buy, they have classic styled watches, automatic watches and really cool divers watches. Pick one and then sit back for it to arrive. The only problem I had was choosing which one. The one I eventually chose was an automatic watch but truth be told, as soon as I clicked on buy this kit now and went through the checkout process, I instantly regretted my choice of watch kit! I should have just paid the extra for the divers watch kit or the Mayfair watch kit! Would only have been another £50-£100 to have the watch kit I now realised I wanted all along! Oh well, that will be my next purchase then, unless you have ladies watch kits that I don’t know about! Anyway…….
Two days later, I had my package, securely sent by courier and fully tracked but as it’s a Christmas present, I haven’t opened it yet. Can’t wait to see my husbands face when he opens it on Christmas Day.

I thoroughly recommend the Black Tool watch and assembly tools supplied by the Watch Supply company. I spent a few hours working on my watch and unfortunately at the last moment I had a problem with the crown wheel. I contacted Felix and he immediately suggested I send the watch to him to be sorted out, which he did in double time and free of charge. Very impressive support.
