First of all and very important to a small business was their competitive price. As we all do, we always are sceptical about a cheap price thinking there must be a catch along the line somewhere.
But no, these ppl are legitimately a great company to deal with. Very professional.

The staff are ultra responsive and just sort things super quickly regardless of what we require!
In an ideal world this would be the standard, but as somebody who had utilised five different similar service providers over the seven years before I became a Waster client I can absolutely guarantee that the efforts, human politeness, speed and overall efficiency of Waster’s staff is atypical and waaaaay above and beyond what most people experience.
Always makes me chuckle when I see the look on other people’s faces after the 1100ltr bin is full and I tell them “No stress, gimme a sec and I’ll get them to add an extra pickup”
