My $700 Delta faucets refused to turn…

My $700 Delta faucets refused to turn after only 3 years. Warranty Valet processed the claim and followed up when Delta sent the wrong replacements. The Delta warranty process was cumbersome with multiple videos but we got it done and my new faucets are on the way. Great follow-up and personal service by Warranty Valet.

Friendly, hassle free, everything done for me including the tracking number for the replacement part. Expert helper - got my replacement in about a week and a half and I didn't need to do hardly a thing.

My faucet was leaking and I reached out online to warranty valet. They explained that Delta had a warranty and were able to connect me with Delta. Delta sent me cartridge for my faucet and it solved the problem.

Thank you for Incredible Service Experience

Good Morning Team,
One fine day my washing machine got a sudden blast while the dryer was running and we are just soo upset by this, then I searched for guidance where I found warrenty vallet and from that reached to Mellissa Clifford Mam for guidance, she has from the starting make me so comfortable talking with so that I am able to tell all the problems I have faced in the machine.

After that I do not have to do any follow up, Mam always message me if any response needed from my side.

The level of prompt service I received from Mam is just beyond words, I thank your company for having such a great & incredible talented person in your organisation.

If we have more person's like mam in the world it will be a great place to live

I request from my side to provide her as much promotions as possible as this will motivate the whole company if such a great person is getting promoted.

Issue was never resolved

Issue was never resolved, I was told to hire a technician to diagnose the thermostat, the technician charges $75 just to come out and $95 after that, a new thermostat cost $135 go figure this one out…..

I recently gave this website a try. I must say, this is nothing short of impressive!
I just wanted to claim a warranty for a product purchased on NETGEAR - Adapter. To be honest, Warranty Valet just saved my time and made the tedious process pretty easy. Awestruck customer support! They kept me updated on each and every progress like the date of pickups. I was completely surprised by its user-friendly and easy-breezy interface.
