Fast and effective service!

Can’t say enough about how helpful this service was! I was struggling to get a claim in for my dehumidifier and found Warranty Valet via a random Google search. Couldn’t believe how fast they got helped me with a claim and I had my replacement unit in a little over a week.

Warranty Valet.com are NOT HONEST…

Warranty Valet.com are NOT HONEST COMPANY because they charged for help me but the never did, only promise and promise and then Valet has expired, only loose my time and money they're not serious people, they did nothing for me I feel worse now.

I would like to clarify that the fee is for our claim assistance as we take the burden of your warranty claim, and we are still working on your ticket. We initiated your claim with the manufacturer in July, and the delay is from the manufacturer's end. The warranty expiration email is an automatic email that triggers based on the date of purchase you entered in the product details.

Competence appreciation

Up till now I have managed product warranty issues myself. Being sure to save receipts and original packaging, I have been successful in allowing companies to make good on their warranties. Recently I was introduced to Warranty Valet and thought I would check it out. My issue was with an item purchased at Walmart where the store return policy had expired and the one year Homestay warranty had not expired. Using the app gave me professional assistance and directed me to the successful tactic to go back to Walmart and receive store credit for the item.
Melissa Clifford was fantastic! I was thrilled to be working with a real person (not a bot) that was listening! She was prompt, concise and knowledgeable. The follow up experience was thorough and left me feeling very good about the service provided. Thanks, Warranty Valet - you & I make a good team.

My experience with warranty valet is a great one. They help me to claim my AC back, they really relieved me all the stress of calling, email and everything they act on my behalf and I am very happy. Great customer service. I say yes to this.

Just sensational

Are you kidding me? I am from Argentina, and I had the chance to interact with Warranty Valet to perform a Warranty Claim over an audio product. WE DON'T HAVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE in Argentina. It was sensational. The claim specialist was Melissa Clifford. She helped me out with the entire process, she was extremely kind, and patient. She guided me over each step, and answered my 3 million questions in seconds.
Thank you so much for helping me out, and making this super easy for me. I have a brand new product from the manufacturer. Thanks!

Everything worked great Mellissa was always keeping me up to date and what I had to complete and do. She always ensured that there was a follow up when she contacted the shoe company I was dealing with checked to make sure they received my return and what the result would be to inform me. I had contacted the warranty company…

I had contacted the warranty company regarding utilitech transfer pump purchase in June last year it wasn't working after being in storage for the winter. I email the company and got replacement code for Lowes and all went well. Staff was professional and prompt with emails is solve the issue.

Since you have entered the purchase date as March 14th, 2023 and input the warranty period as 1 year, it shows as expired on March 14th, 2024. However, we explained to you and tried to claim your warranty with the manufacturer.

This company is great

This company is great. If you don’t want to waist your time calling customer service to claim the warranty just let WARRANTY VALET do it for you. They will try and try to work with customer service until you get warranty parts. Thank you so much Melissa, you are truly a professional. You spent over a month to contact me and helped me through the process until I get my part replacement. Once again, thanks WARRANTY VALET.
