I was introduced to Warranty UK through carloans uk. I was very fortunate to have Usman dealing with the type of warranty which would suit me and my budget. He was so polite, kind and professional. No questions I asked were a bother for him— very good explanation about the product. At first I could not afford the payment for the warranty but he took the time to discuss it with his boss, then got back to me with something I could work with. Amazing!
Now I have peace of mind that my new car has a 5yr warranty! Excellent experience at Warranty UK, and a special shout out for Usman— many thanks for your help, kindness and explanation about questions I had. You are an absolute asset to your company! Will be recommending Warranty UK ☺️

John McLoughlin has provided excellent service and advice for a product that I've been highly sceptical about. Having past experience with warranty claims, John was able to fluently handle all of my curveball questions and provided transparent, no fluff, stopping short of blunt (yet very polite) truthful answers. Not only explaining the benefits (very well) but also the "pitfalls" or limitations of the product.

He went beyond the expectation of myself and even his management, to provide the right cover at the right term and the right cost balance for my individual needs, being sensitive to my situation and service with excellence and elegance. (I'm not getting paid for this review).

Do with this information what you will, but I can honestly tell you that between 4 different countries and complex financial environments, this experience has been nothing but a pleasure. John comes highly recommend for his knowledge, experience and care. I hope that Warranties UK will recognise the gold standard of service set by John and get him to train every new employee that fulfills the task. Usman, thank you so much for your help with my warranty. I feel so relieved knowing my brand new car is covered with warranty for 5years. This makes me so happy. I can't belive I got declined for warranty it's crazy, I feel so happy you managed to still find me one. I'm so excited to be picking up my bmw convertible today and knowing the motors in my roof are covered, alongside the gear box and electrics and more. This helps me loads knowing it's all under warranty. I hope you win your competition. I look forward to you sending me some chocolates haha.
