An amazing experience I had talking to Aneesha , she so amazing and very professional, as a first timer to get a car on finance, she explained everything so easily for me to understand regarding the warranty as It takes me a while to understand properly Aneesha was very patient and very kind . I was very unsure about getting Warranty Cover for my new car, always thought no chance, if this happens they won’t cover it, if I end up with no car for god knows how long but Aneesah was so so helpful, she had an answer to every question I asked, it basically cover everything, all the expense if anything does happen, ie; the expensive things! I’m a proper worrier about cars but no need anymore,10/10 thank you Aneesah!

After being quoted £200p/m initially when I had bought the car lisa called today and has managed to work her magic and get it down to £36 p/m for the length of my finance term. She put my mind at ease and made my decision simple to make. Would definitely recommend speaking to lisa.

Had a call from a lovely lady called Ilsa to update my warranty, she was very nice and answered all my question, she had to repeat herself a few times befor I agreed and didnt get frustrated she maintain calm and professional manner throughout
