Horrible customer service. Waited 4 months for it to be delivered only to learn it was delivered in a different town with no tracking or proof of delivery. Then they refused to send a new pair or refund. Avoid at all cost.

These binoculars are not what they say they are. They are not compatible with my iphone 16. Second when I wanted to return they set u up for failure. This company is from mainland China not the UK They tell you it is 35 pounds to return the package to china and they say if it doesn't pass customs in China you will not get a refund. I felt that i would never get a refund plus i would pay 35 pounds shipping. ripoff They then offered me a 10% refund which was 21.90 I took it but I am not happy with these binoculars.. This website is misleading

Dreadful, dreadful company. Bought a set of Night vision goggles for my husband - got no email or confirmation from the company- thought I had been scammed tbh. They took the money very quickly and 4 weeks later the goggles arrived, totally broken. Packaging was a joke. Company are bad at replying to emails and insist I never bought them. Absolute rip off

I ordered binoculars back in oct. They have never shown up. They will not return any emails. They are scammers. Im down $219 Canadian. Don't fall for there BS web page.

I ordered their Falcon-X trail camera not realising you needed to have a good mobile signal for it to work. As we live in a mobile black spot, I opted to return it within the 14 days period stipulated.They sent an email stating I’d have to pay the return postage to China of £35, a 15% handling fee £22.35 and there would be import duty to pay as well. And Chinese customs would have to give clearance, which they may or may not do. If they didn’t, I wouldn’t get any refund. The whole process was geared to deter me from returning the item. They suggested I keep it in return for a paltry amount of compensation £4.50
As a result of this shoddy treatment, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
I suspect they are a dubious Chinese concern and all their spiel about a group of wild life enthusiasts in Scotland setting up the business is a figment of AI.

avoid warmax.co.uk like the plague. They are based in Hong Kong and posing as a UK based company - I bought binoculars and paid for priority delivery which took over two weeks. the binoculars are not as described and are of poor quality. their return policy is ludicrous. Do not fall for any bird/wildlife enthusiast blogs that point you to their website . It is a scam! I have reported the company to Action Fraud.
