Liz provided excellent training on the Evonex phone system. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went the extra mile by showing us additional features we weren't aware of. She was highly professional throughout and even booked a follow-up call to check how we were getting on.

Very helpful and knowledgeable project team; while implementing the Evonex telephony system within my company I felt supported throughout the whole process. Response times could be slow at times, but usually fairly quick to get back once chased.

We have been with SCG now for 2 years after transferring from BT. From the initial consultation with Ashley we have received excellent service. We recently had cause to request an engineer to call to our premises to rectify a small problem with one of our handsets.
