After my company had our new phone system placed, we had a few teething issues and questions over several days.

I spoke to David from the support team multiple times over three days. David provided helpful support, answered all questions and fixed some minor issues we had quickly.

Very easy to contact and arrange the addition phone service required for our system , good communication and all done quickly.

We have been a happy customer of Alliance/SCG since inception. Our circumstances changed and we had to contract to comms services in our new offices. Matthew Widdicombe provided excelllent support and very fair termination figures as we changed services. We will not hesitate to return to SCG when our office renewal comes up.

All staff came across as friendly and helpful. It would have been helpful if they had been accessible for extended hours, particularly at weekends.

Very pleased with our dealings with SCG. Getting this project over the line has been slow and there have been bumps in the road with our previous supplier but SCG have been patient and have helped the whole way through. Having taken on the task of porting us over, they have kept us fully informed at each stage. We now have our new system installed and we are really pleased with it. It is simple and intuitive. The installation was trouble free and the training was good. Very pleased.

Gareth our SCG telecoms engineer quickly updated our voicemail message and overall call routing, first time without issues - a great service.

We have had a new Evonex system installed.
Archie came to site to set up and oversee everything and despite quite a lot of programming hurdles encountered and many questions, he worked through in a calm and reassuring manner.
He has been on hand since for any queries.
Harvey also deserves a mention as he has managed the project and kept me updated throughout.
