I cannot recommend Vector Training highly enough. I completed a 10 week Level 3 Sports Massage course in August. The team at Vector Training provided me with everything from an industry experienced tutor, great facilities to practice / learn in and support on how to set my business up.

With Vector, I didn't feel like I was just a number, but instead a valued customer. From the first call with Rich explaining in detail the course layout to handing in my assignments, the service was second to none.

If you are looking for a training course that will give you the confidence and knowledge to hit the road running straight away, this is the course for you.

My time at Vector is something I will always look back on with amazing experiences and value taken from it. The layout of the course is absolutely perfect for setting up upcoming Personal Trainers and all grounds are covered (I couldn’t believe how much we were actually taught!) Rich is a credit to Vector always listening to feedback and adapting when needed to provide the best educational experience through Vector, and Alex is phenomenal at tutoring and delivering the course. They really are the dream team! The opportunities presented during the course experiencing a number of gym settings, types of technology and facilities blew my mind! I am also very grateful for Vector opening so many avenues for work through connections with the company which never came to mind enrolling on the course; I am so grateful to have done my Level 3 Personal Training course with a quality company, and quality people!

Such an in-depth course covering a range of topics both in classroom and practically in a gym environment across 3 sites. Alex is highly knowledgeable and uses his vast experience to elevate his teachings. The whole of the Vector team are continually supportive, not only during the course but after too. Cannot thank these guys enough for helping me with the first steps of my PT career!

I genuinely can't recommend Vector enough. If you're looking for a training provider that offers teaching of the highest level of excellence, strikes the balance between theoretical, classroom-based learning and 'getting stuck in there' practically on the gym floor, is extremely well-organised and well-structured, and most of all is friendly, personable and genuinely cares about each and every learner, then Vector is the only one to go with. When looking for a training provider for my Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications, I did a lot of research over a period of 4-5 months looking for a company that offered all of the above, and Vector not only delivered but far exceeded my expectations.

Rich and Alex are nothing short of fantastic - they're really friendly, kind and professional and put you at ease right from the moment you meet them. They're both always on hand to offer help and advice and do all they can to help you make your learning experience a success, including being flexible, understanding and incredibly supportive when life throws curve balls. Rich spent a lot of time chatting through my questions when I was thinking about doing a course with Vector and has continued (and continues!) to invest time and care into myself and everyone else on the course. Alex is an amazing teacher and his wealth of knowledge is second to none! His teaching style is friendly, approachable and keeps your interest from beginning to end. He finds fun and dynamic ways to make complex concepts understandable, meaning you leave the course feeling very well-equipped and confident.

There is no doubt that they're both committed to you not only as an individual learner but also as a professional. This is reflected in the fact that the course has obviously been carefully thought about and constructed to deliver a 5* qualification and in the on-going support they provide to help you get established in the industry. They're always happy to chat through how you might approach starting your work as a PT and put you in touch with a range of exciting employers (which they continue to do even as a 'Vector alum'!).

Honestly, if you're thinking about becoming a gym instructor or personal trainer, or you're already in the health and fitness industry and want to do further training, Vector is the company to go with. You will come out with a qualification and knowledge that you can have complete confidence in, made some great friends along the way and have enjoyed every moment of the experience.

Had a great time with Vector Training on their Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy course. Everyone was so supportive, Rich & our tutor Brian were amazing and it was great to be able to share Brian’s extensive knowledge. I would definitely recommend Vector Training. Will definitely be back for Level 4.

If you’re looking to become a personal trainer, look no further. I can’t explain how grateful I am that I came across Vector and that I can now say I’m a fully qualified PT!! I wanted in person, hands on experience and that’s exactly what I got. Rich and Alex have been so supportive and I’ve learnt so much not only about the fitness industry, but within myself. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Not only are Rich & Alex great tutors I feel like I've made friends for life!

I attended vector training to complete level 3 and 4 in sports massage therapy. Both Tutors have been fantastic they have given help and support when needed. Everyone has been really friendly and the facilities are excellent . Both courses have been really enjoyable . Thanks to all the team at vector training I’m looking forward to running my own business in something I really enjoy .

I completed my Pre & Post natal course with Vector last year. The course instructor Claire was great! Extremely knowledgeable and delivered the course to a really high standard. I would thoroughly recommend vector and will look to use them again myself when I pick my next course to up skill in the field of personal training. Rich was also great and on hand if you needed him or had any additional questions regarding the course.

Alex, our Tutor, provided so much knowledge and experience and was always there to support, answering any questions we had on coursework and throughout the training.

The way the course was set up made it really manageable to do alongside a full time job - which was something I was worried about when first signing up. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekends with the Vector gang and made friends I wouldn't have done otherwise.

The course itself being face to face and on the gym floor from day 1 is absolutely brilliant and having the opportunity to experience a range of gym environments is second to none.

I can't recommend Vector high enough. The volume and quality of training you receive is much more than on offer with alternative companies I looked into. I truly believe I have been given one of the best educations and starting points to begin this new career, all thanks to the guys at Vector. Alex, the tutor is an encyclopedia of knowledge and his passion for teaching, sport and health is unquestionable. You are welcomed into the Vector family from Day 1 and I know I will definitely be working with these guys again in the future.

I have recently participated in the Level 3 Vector Training pre and post natal course and it was brilliant! Felt like I learnt so much in those 2 practical sessions, Claire was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable welcoming and approachable. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is considering furthering their career and specialising in pre and post natal exercise :) Will be booking more courses with Vector Training for sure! If you are looking to become a personal trainer, I honestly do not think you could find a better organisation to do it with, Rich and Alex are awesome, the training is so comprehensive, every single person I met on my course and the other courses are like minded positive people, I will be back in the future, great work guys.

An outstanding course for any person who wants to enter the fitness industry. The teaching staff are friendly and approachable and have incredible knowledge. Easily the best course in the North and most likely the whole of the UK. I will definitely return for further courses. Sign up- you won't regret it.

5 out of 5 for me. I have just completed the Level 3 sports massage therapy course and I loved every minute. I was with a great group of people which only increased my enjoyment of the course. Brian (sports massage teacher) was great throughout, he has such a great practical knowledge of massage and really knew how to make you feel welcome. I'd like to also shout out Rich who always went the extra mile to help anyway he could. He went out of his way to help me prepare for an interview which I now got the job for and am very excited to start. Couldn't recommend the company Vector enough everyone I met was very warm and welcoming throughout which made the experience all the more better. Thanks again Vector.

My experience with Vector Training was 10/10, I would definitely recommend them. The attention to detail was amazing and you can see the team really care about delivering a best in class product. The time spent on the gym floor was invaluable. I didn’t think I would enjoy the course as much as I did!

The course was well structured and organised, even in difficult circumstances with restrictions changing every week. They were responsive to feedback and changed some aspects to perfectly suit the needs of the trainees.
Alex, the instructor, was so knowledgeable and very approachable with any questions or worries. He explained difficult topics in ways which were easy to understand or remember and made the learning very enjoyable.
There was a perfect balance between practical and theory aspects each day, which meant that we were not sat down for too long or getting tired of the written work. We had hands on experience training each other and problem solving various aspects of technique, programming, etc; which meant I felt confident as well as competent to start working as a personal trainer straight away once I had qualified.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone considering doing a personal training qualification!

I completed the level 3 sports massage course with vector training and I definitely made the right decision by choosing them. The course was set out perfectly balancing theory and practical. We was getting hands on from day one and learning straight away. The tutors were very knowledgeable and were great at demonstrating different techniques they had developed over the years to deal with all the different clients you may encounter. Help was always on hand away from the class room to complete your assignments and Rich managed all the admin and was able to answer an queries.
The best training provider I have used and would definitely recommend any of their courses as I got to witness how good their PT course looked as it ran along side ours.

I attended the Pre & Post Natal training with Vector at The Female Fitness Academy. We were taught by the instructor Claire who had an in-depth knowledge of the subject and was able to provide a wide range of information and answer any questions we had.

The course was a valuable asset to my Personal Training business as it has given me the knowledge and tools to work with a broader range of clients. It was well organised and great value for money.
