This site is awful I ordered a black bucket Dior bag and got sent a little tiny green plastic purse with pencil marks all over it and nothing like what I ordered I have been refused a refund 🤬🤬

This is a bogus site ppl I've had 2 orders not sent and no chance of refund..a d instead of a pricey coat I got a pair of tatty sunglasses..£80.00 ripped off by the smiling vova team.shame on you all that feed yourself with the money you stole from me and mine..please please dont just give these horrible peaple your money for nothing..ps why hasn't google or paypal got onto google to put a naughty flag on this site..

This is a big scam company. Do not allow in your country. Report them to local action frauds if the provide any customer services postal address in your destination.

I ordered a laptop but I received a fake Sunglasses. The package weight is under 100g

Requested refund. Keep refusing. I reported to PayPal , and UK action frauds.

Please do report and protect the country.

I have received cheap stuff and the refund people never want to refund my money even though I sent photos of items. I am through. I won't buy from them again. I am through. I used to buy a lot but when they started sending really chep stuff I no longer want to do business. They dont refund your money even with photos. The people in charge of the refunds make you feel really foolish. I hate that company and would advice against it bc I feel Ive been treated unfairly. You have to come here to be heard and then they have no clue how to get your information because they djont take the time to look up the info. Its very stressful I have bought a few things that were nice but not in the last 2 months. I will take my business elsewhere.

Haven,t received an order of five items from different sellers, now a month overdue, they say the order has been delivered, on asking my P.O. delivery office if they have the items, and giving the item numbers, they have no track of orders. So I conclude that vova are lying. They won't have any more orders from me they are an unreliable online shoddy company.

Ordered 9 items in September, been on Vova today and it states all items returned and I'll receive a refund. However I never received the order to return them. I am awaiting customer services reply. This site has me wondering whether they just want your card details ? I never received any tracking details or notified by email or text/phone that they were even in transit, never mind returned. Very poor. Beware. Will not use this site again and will be informing card company.

I have been buying from Vova for years and find them 💯% super to deal with. Yes like every other site with cheap products you get a bad one now and then . But if you have a good reason and a picture of any damages they are very good at giving refunds.( And everything is free shipping ! )

Made one order and i wont ever again bought a few cheap items like eye brow stuff leggins and shorts n tshirt they all arrived okay but when it come to my phone i received a piece of plastic to hold a phone up so i got a refund from that but now my trainers havnt come and it says they've been delivered WRONG AND NOW REFRUSING A REFUND

I ordered a android phone they sent me a lphone which doesn't charge it is olso about 10 years old and they will not give me a refund this was my first order and it said they would give you your money back when you received your order for being a first time buyer DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY RIP YOU OFF

Ho ordinato un articolo da vova risulta consegnato ma io non ho ricevuto nessun pacco . Mi sono recata all' ufficio postale e mi hanno confermato che è stato consegnato . Ho chiamato il corriere mi ha detto che lo ha consegnato ad un altra persona ma non era quello che avevo ordinato io e il pacco è a nome dell' altra persona e x altro è un reso . Vorrei sapere dove è andato a finire il mio ordine .

Lol not ordered anything & don't plan 2. Am only leaving review after looking at site. Leaving this 4 any1 thinkin about ordering. I got the app, looked at it. And after seein they were selling air max trainers that go for £80-£120 at £25! Or £50 for adidas hoodies for nearly a tenner. Was enough 2 tell me without ordering. This site is total crap. Have seen reviews from ppl who have placed 2 or 3 orders, all that were half missing or don't turn up. Seriously!! Why would u make a 2nd order, esp a 3rd order wen the 1st nvr showed. No wonder they can scam ppl. How bout ppl stop ordering now. Its clear its a scam /or they send u total crap. Couldn't b clearer.

Items are nice looking but not wearable most stuff as material is way to thin and can see straight through tried get refund for very poor quality I even sent pictures to show could see underwear through items and they still refused me a refund and can't go through PayPal as I had partial refund on trainers that they sent out again they were wrong size so can no longer put in request for other items that were apart of same transaction stay clear of vova

I’ve used Vova 2 times and spent quite a bit of money, two items out of two separate orders are missing and never received. vovas policy on refunding undelivered items is totally rubbish as they don’t and won’t refund!! So to be honest I wouldn’t ever use these again!

Ciao a tutti,avevo ordinato due paia di scarpe un paio per mio marito n43 rosse arrivate con 1 mese di ritardo bicolore rosa lilla..e gia e allucinante e non le rimborsano,mi hanno risposto al sollecito con mail che devo distruggerle..perche buttarle nn basta?
Dopo 10 giorni arrivano le mie 40 giorni di ritardo ordinate bianco nere arrivate azzurre e piccole anche se avevo preso la misura del piede col metro basandomi sulla tabella..e neanche quelle rimborsano..fine della favola ho buttato 50 euro..non comprate sono poco seri

I think you clothing is crap tbh, ordered loads of stuff , not one thing came like the picture at all. And still waiting for items from march that have not been received. I would not recommend you ,nor buy from you again as all you sell is cheap crap basically.

Ordered in may for delivery by july 6th. Still no item by 21st . Won't entertain a refund as they say the item is showing as in transit. No tracking info since item supposedly left China. I could of walked there and collected it by now 🙄 don't waste your time and money peeps.
