I have only being using this platform for a few weeks and so far I have had a positive experience using it. I have managed to recruit new volunteers in a very limited timeframe, thanks to the app and have had some very supportive help from the team to my many questions. I really believe that this will be a gamechanger for recruiting volunteers.

The team at Volunteero are absolutely lovely. They genuinely care about their clients and try hard to meet our needs. I've found them to be supportive and flexible in a way you don't get with big well established companies. The reason my rating is 4 not 5 stars is because the system is not be able to provide the insights and reporting we understood it to be capable of when we signed up. The team are working hard to ensure it can by the end of our first year with them so fingers crossed!

A fantastically intuitive system that has really help us as a volunteer organisation, making things easier for us and our volunteers. The Volunteero team are so quick to respond to give support and bring improvements which has been so valuable to us. We had demos of a few different volunteer apps before going with Volunteero. It was an easy choice.
The app is incredibly easy to use, as both manager and volunteer, and makes coordinating volunteers quick and much more streamlined. Volunteers get extra detail they need once they accept the mission and once the mission is filled no other volunteers can see it. If they can't do it anymore, they just decline and then it reappears for other volunteers to pick up. This stopped emails flying back and forth either trying to fill missions or finding replacement if a volunteer is ill or similar.
The company listens to feedback from users and work to introduce features we would find useful. You can really tell it has been built from input of volunteer managers - it has everything you need but isn't overcrowded asking non essential details.
The staff are also really friendly and respond quickly to any questions or queries. So glad we got this for our volunteers. It has helped enormously and saved me so much time sending emails back and forth.

We discovered Volunteero about 6 months ago and transitioned our team of volunteers on to the platform. We found the process very straightforward and after a couple of sessions with the team we were able to use the platform with ease. The app is easy to download and clear to use. The majority of our processes are now in one place saving us, as well as our volunteers precious time! It has replaced the need for over emailing and given us a secure platform to share details with our volunteers. We have found the team at Volunteero to be very responsive and happy to assist with any queries we have. We are looking forward to seeing how the platform progresses in the future!

Volunteero has absolutley changed the way I am running volunteering sessions. It is a massive streamlining of the work I do with a simple interface and encourages volunteers to take responsibility for their volunteering on their mobile devices. The app has massively reduced the admin time for me, an example of this is our Christmas campaign which used to take me 5 weeks of preparation to bring in 600 volunteers across numerous sessions with different time slots. This year with Volunteero it took me 35 minutes. It then took me 15 minutes to set up all the volunteering sessions for 2023 in its entirety.
Add to this, the team behind the app. They make you feel part of the team, they are always available and only one click away if you need help or guidance. They listen and actively encourage feedback which is then used to improve the user experience. I cannot recommend the app or the team highly enough.

As a small charity managing a lot of volunteers, we were struggling to maintain good communication, effective spreadsheets and clear systems. And then we met the team at Volunteero who promised us help and haven't disappointed! Their platform is easy to use once you have had a few sessions with their team talking you through everything, and they are responsive to ideas for change and ways to make it work for you. They are super helpful, and I really recommend working with them if you are looking for a clear way to manage volunteers and their admin. I wish we had found them years ago!

If you want to work with a company that is forward thinking, involves it's users in development and cares about your volunteers experience this is the one! You will also have an app that is user friendly, easy to set up and use and comes with lots of other functions to make the onboarding and tracking of your volunteer activity so so easy. I can't fault them, Ash and his team are great to work with and so glad I found them - no more spreadsheets!!

At the time, I was seeking the technology to help Food Friends grow safely and effectively. I had considered several tech for good grants, with the thought of developing a custom made App for our innovative initiative. However, after an initial meeting with the Volunteero team it became very clear to me that this wasn't necessary. Volunteero's off the shelf product had EXACTLY what I was looking for- a CRM function and Volunteer App all in one tidy, well branded, easy to use package.
From the word go I felt confident that this was the right product for Food Friends. The trial period that Volunteero offered was incredibly well supported, meaning that I was able to iron out any potential operational kinks, with their help, before we fully onboarded. As a previous review also highlights, Volunteero are actively looking to make improvements to their product, so take on board any comments you may have and work on making the necessary changes- an incredible added bonus!
In a nutshell, Volunteero has provided us with an innovative platform to manage our volunteer work force. Its super user friendly, saves huge amounts of admin time, allows us to support our volunteer network with any concerns they may have and keeps track of our real time impact. Our volunteers love it!
Ultimately Volunteero is enabling us to manage larger numbers of volunteers and in turn help more people....and that's what it's all about!

Before Volunteero.... we were swamped by Spreadsheets. Having co-ordinated a high number of volunteers during the pandemic, who were and still are supporting local residents with meal drops, food parcel deliveries, prescription drop offs and grocery shopping; our team were struggling to keep on top of managing our volunteers. We had spreadsheets that glitched and duplicated constantly, we had to ring volunteers every time we had a task available to see if they'd be able to do it. Since joining volunteero we've saved ourself so much time and stress. Our volunteers can now easily pick and choose what missions they want to take on, on days and times that suit them. The reporting feature means we're able to track more closely the real impact that volunteers have in our community, as well as giving our funders up to date and interesting stats about our work. Because we've saved so much time, we've been able to take on more beneficiaries, recruit more volunteers , and ultimately make more of a difference in our community.
Volunteero has improved our projects ten fold and we couldn't recommend it more! Team VODA :)

ScotsCare's Blether Buddy befriending service has used Volunteero for several months now. Our telephone befrienders use it to phone their clients, withhold their own personal numbers and report back to the coordinator straight away, rather than wait until the end of each month.
Now, we no longer spend time requesting their reports at the end of each month,(and chasing them up!) and entering the info on our spreadsheet; it automatically calculates the statistics we need for our reports, and alerts us immediately to any concerns.
It is constantly being developed and we intend to use it for other volunteer roles going forward, which the system now allows us to do.

Volunteero ticks all the boxes as an easy to use, functional and user friendly app for our volunteers. As a service we can add loads of missions and info so Volunteers can browse and join opportunities or request further details. Volunteers can send expenses and reports. The app has replaced over-emailing and given us a secure platform to share our roles.

Ash and the team at Volunteero are extremely helpful and offer support and guidance at every opportunity. They are continuing to develop Volunteero and the app has already come on leaps and bounds since we signed up at the beginning of 2021. As someone who oversees nearly 60 volunteers, Volunteero has freed up some of my time to continue growing the service, and with the new forms will do so even more. Highly recommended!
