Yummy
I'm new to whole beans. Thi s is my 7th roaster. And by far the best. So good I've trebled my coffee intake. Just got to force myself to stop drinking so much.

Order delayed, but issue later resolved
Ordered a presentation pack as Christmas gift Tuesday 16th December. The system said it was despatched 17th December but by 22nd it had still not arrived. Called customer service - permanently engaged. Sent whatsapp - no reply. Webchat - autoresponse from AI saying order had been despatched. Won't be ordering again.
UPDATE - after I left this review the company was in touch and sent a replacement delivery - and not only that, when the original turned up a week later they refused my offer to return it which was very generous of them. It seems the delay in the original order was down to Royal Mail and was not the fault of Volcano.

Hi Nick, sorry for the delay in replying and for the frustration this cause, that’s definitely not how we want our customers to feel. I remember we exchanged messages just before Christmas, which was a very busy time, and I’m sorry it took longer than it should have to get back to you. As far as I recall, the issue was resolved and a replacement was received shortly after the New Year. If you’re still having any issues, please email us at order@volcanocoffeework.co.uk and we’ll be more than happy to help.Pat

Fantastic coffee in terms of taste depth!
I use a mix of Brixton and Toffee Apple (80% / 20%) and brew it on stove top in a cezve (turkish coffee style). And it makes an outstanding cup of coffee in terms of the richness and depth of taste!

Great coffee from here. Lovely and fresh. Delivery was prompt and a few little stickers chucked in. I love that they do flavoured whole beans and not many places do.

Great Coffee and Service
I have used Volcano CW since I discoverd them via a recommendation from a friend and would not go anywhere else now. Prompt delivery and quality coffee. Both decaff that the wife has and the full leaded one I have. Not the cheapest beans, but you get what you pay for in this world. Outstanding.

Asa seasoned coffee drinker, I mainly used Alpress and Ozone, I am surprised with the Volcano Coffee's quality. Just got the right note and flavoursome. I will be back for more.
