Prospective buyers need to know how this company's shipping protection policy actually works before spending money here. I paid an extra fee for shipping protection, expecting it to secure my delivery until the items were safely in my hands. The carrier dropped off the package, took a photo, and left. By the time I arrived home, the package was gone. I contacted customer service to utilize the shipping protection policy I paid for, but they denied my claim. They stated that because the carrier took a photo, they bear zero responsibility, and I'm on my own after paying a premium for protection that immediately expires the second a package is left unattended on a porch is deceptive. If you pay for this service, you are paying for an empty promise. If your package is taken before you get home, this company will pocket your protection fee, leave you empty- handed look elsewhere if you want a business that actually stands behind its customers
