Very poor quality- went straight in bin

Not a uk company. Item took 10days to arrive not within 3-5 days as stated on site. The order tracker was not updating. I ordered the bracelets which were buy 1 get 1 free for myself and a friend because we both struggle with chronic pain. Highly disappointed when they arrived they look and feel cheap quality like you’d expect from Temu for a £1 or £2.

Horrible customer service, this is total bs. It looks nothing like what I thought I had ordered. No health benefits.

and that’s being generous, I bought a bracelet with one free back in December, and it was too big , they said that I could buy a tool off them or try and push pins out told them was not prepared to do so they finally said send back which I did to Hong Kong bad move that was on the 2nd Feb and nothing

Took weeks to arrive. Very poor quality bears no resemblance to that advertised.
Return policy only to Hong Kong!!
Return policy communication makes it impossible to guarantee a refund - even though the bracelets are as delivered. Don't trust this company - it's NOT UK even though it says it is. I've wasted 20 quid!!

After 6 days waiting, I haven't received the gift and they have not answered to my e-mail requesting for information.

My husband ordered the bracelet as a gift for me on 2 02 2026 they took the money straight away . Promised delivery date has long gone and still no bracelet . Very dissatisfied with this company .no answers to e mails and messages on their website .

Not even worth one star I ordered 2 only got one emailed several time for a refund as the advent said 90 days money back guarantee not even had a reply complete waste of money don't buy anything it's from China

Came in a plastic bag from China when emailing asking to return no reply , I can't give these as presents they are light and cheap looking in this packaging, no info on what they are either , seems like a scam !!

I ordered gold and received a silver black and red bracelet. they said that I had to pay to mail it back to them to another country! And then Maybe they would give a refund. this is definitely a scam site.

Bought and paid for a purchase four weeks ago still not received it. Asked for Refund by email but just keep receiving same reply that parcel is on its way.

Ordered Bogof health bracelet, arrived late. Stated adjustable but no instructions on how to do this. Emailed several times, did not answer emails. Decided to keep as I had no choice, paid £15 to have links removed. Think this company is a joke, will wait and see

Got silver not gold. I contacted them and was emailed they would give me a 50% off if I wanted to reorder. I wanted a refund, texted me to return to “United Arab Emirates”!!! After reviewing the item I might get a refund. Cost more to return. Magnets are red, white and black. Broke one of the magnets and its glass. No magnet properties
