I would recommend this company, and would certainly buy from them again. Excellent customer service. After emailing them with a problem with my frames, I received a response within 12 hours and a new pair of frames have been dispatched. One happy customer.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful company and great selection that they have. I am wearing a pair I just bought and I am so happy. I can finally see near and far and will never buy from anyone else. Just wanted you to know because nowadays it’s usually only complaints that anyone is willing to share.

I bought 2 pairs of progressive bifocals from them and I cannot see out of either of them. I complained and got nowhere. I was out $150. Also, the lenses were supposed to be tinted/change color and they never did in any type of sunlight. I've gotten glasses from firmoo, eyebuydirect, and several others and never had this bad of an experience and an utter lack of caring - although no one else sent me glasses that I literally could not use.

Found them in news feed on Facebook so I decided to see what looks they were offering and found the paddy frames ordered received them really loved them so many compliments didn't have them 2 weeks and was putting them on and the one side handle broke off emailed the company with pictures of broken frame they sent another pair back in business for another three weeks or so the frames handle broke off again so I'm contacting them again still yo fry resulation to this issue they sent me the frames no lens now I have asked in several emails fir a supervisor to contact me about this situation then got another email telling me to take the frames to the eye glass place and have them put lens in them or do it myself currently waiting on a response just want what my money paid for not sure what kind if frames they are the the handle breaks of putting them in never had this ongoing issue with other online orders so order at your OWN RISK, HAVE NOT BEEN A PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE FROM VLOOK AS A NEW CUSTOMER...this stated June 13th still going and sending emails

Accidentally put the wrong address in for shipping. Customer service was incredibly quick at resolving the issue and everything is back on track 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend using this again.

This company it five stars because they not just care for the money you can spend they care more for the customer service than the money itself... They help you courteously and they make you feel important and valuable. Definitely I will buy more from this store.

I ordered 4 pair of glasses (regular and prescription sunglasses) I kept 3 and sent one back; I received a refund in 24 hours and all my email inquiries were answered in 12 hours; One frame I ordered I wanted 2 pairs of the same frame but they only had one frame available (weird) so I had to order an equal priced item (no problem) This company has a decent selection and average priced frames and lenses...so far, so good...

Excellent quality of service and product. I loved my new glasses and my prescriptions was exact, the spectacular mount. The best thing was that the shipment was fast when processing my order. Really inexpensive glasses for all types of consumers. Thank all.

Did not respond to emails at first. Kept making excuses. Then the type.of lenses I need is progressive. Yhen they tell me it will cost more, pay it or get a refund.

To say that I love these would be an understatement.... they fit perfectly. this was the first time ordering prescription eyeglasses online, was a little nervous but glad I did!! Will be ordering another pair very soon!!!

I absolutely love these glasses! The whole experience of buying glasses online was totally new to me, but it was simple easy and they turned out amazing!

The glasses are extremely comfortable, the lenses are clear are precise. I highly recommend these adorable little treasures!

My glasses took forever because of a shipping discrepancy where they had to be reordered. I finally received them and while they are cute, I can’t see a damn thing out of them. They are also too tight behind my ears. I know sometimes you have to get used to your glasses but this is not a heavy prescription. I would not recommend.

Update: I reached out to Vlook on 4/10 as they requested, and was told my order would be shipping "in the next two days". The second day came and I went to check on the order status. It said they started shipping, but I've yet to receive a tracking number and it's been almost 10 days now. I will not be ordering here again.

I placed an order on 3/22, and accidentally messed up my prescription on one of the pairs I got. I reached out and was told my prescription would be updated for production. Good enough - I thought everything was solved.

It's now 4/7 though, and I haven't heard anything about them shipping yet even though the estimated delivery date is 4/11. This weekend is a holiday, so I very much doubt that. The other issue is the prescription hasn't changed on the order form, so I'm hoping I'll actually get the right prescription.

I’ve been trying to contact someone at vlook for how to return my glasses for a week now and no response

I ordered four pairs of glasses from Vlook Glasses. The glasses were sent with the wrong prescription. I immediately contacted them to request bifocal lenses (which is advertised but not a selection on the website). Vlook Glasses asked me to send the glasses back with a tracking number. I sent the glasses back as advised. Vlook Glasses is now asking me for additional money for the bifocal lenses. I refuse to pay the additional cost, because the website does not mention an additional fee for bifocals. In addition, Vlook Glasses should have informed me of the additional cost prior to sending the glasses back. I sent a text message and email requesting my glasses back and there's no response. I'm an older lady who just wants to be treated fairly. I need glasses to see when I read and write. It's sad that Vlook Glasses would take advantage of people when we entrusted you with our eye vision. Since I have already paid for glasses, I want my glasses back. Vlook Glasses customer service does not strive to meet the needs of its customers...which is to help people see life better through their glasses.

I placed an order with vlooks 2 weeks ago. Received today bit upon opening they had another person name and prescription ( which is a hippa violation). I have yet to hear back from these people and there is no phone number to call. I RECOMMEND STAYONG AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Update: they reached back out to me and we now have everything fixed and corrected. I will have my glasses soon and the individuals gladsed6i have will have theirs soon.
