Fantastic Experience as a first time
A totally wonderful experience from start to finish! I did some homework before carefully selecting VIVO Body Studio as it seemed harder than it looked to get a good place for 360 fat freeze. Everything from the initial enquiry was extremely well communicated. After initial contact they suggested the correct treatment for the required areas which was 6 applicators. What I wasn't expecting was the great price and all the extras included. This included supersonic body fat melting, RF eye lift and chin area, The appointment was well communicated including all the required detail. Timely reminders were also provided and exact entry details.
Aleksandra was amazing. She was so welcoming and the studio and building itself is a great place. The room was comfortable and clean. Aleksandra had great knowledge about all the treatments, was very experienced and could even explain what you would feel from first hand knowledge. Everything was delivered professionally and was not rushed at all, even having extra time to complete everything.
I'm completely confident that everything went to plan as I am already experiencing some good results just the day after. I absolutely would not hesitate to use these lovely people again should I need further treatment. Thank you.

I booked a hifu treatment and paid the deposit as requested. After returning the health questionnaire which I promptly completed, I was contacted and told I needed to stop taking prescribed daily aspirin 14 days before treatment. Obviously, a salon shouldn't instruct clients to stop taking prescribed medication and I informed them that it wasn't possible to discontinue my medication for this length of time. The salon then cancelled my appointment but they promised to refund the deposit as they had issued the deposit request before reviewing the health questionnaire. I've chased them up several times but my account hasn't been refunded.

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing these concerns to our attention and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points from your review.
First, regarding blood-thinning medications: it is standard practice that certain blood thinners, including aspirin and similar agents, should be stopped 14 days prior to treatment when it is safe and appropriate to do so. However, we would never ask a client to stop a prescribed medication if doing so would be unsafe. If a medication cannot be paused for medical reasons, we classify the client as medically unsuitable for the treatment and process a full refund — which is what occurred in your case.
Some topical products and medications (for example, retinoids or other skin treatments) may be advised to be paused before certain procedures where clinically appropriate; any recommendation to pause such products is made only when it is considered safe and feasible. I apologise if our previous communications gave the impression that we ask clients to stop essential prescribed medications — that is not our policy.
Regarding your refund request, I am sorry this has not been resolved promptly. I will escalate this to Head Office as a matter of urgency and chase the refund status for you. I will follow up and update you as soon as I have confirmation.

Hifu & rf didn't work
Had 3 sessions of hifu and rf to my face and neck last summer. Saw no difference at all. Notified Vivo around September/October time (3months from 1st treatment) and was told to wait longer. Still no difference after 6months. My face is actually worse than it was before the treatments. So disappointed. Only thing i can say is the girls doing the treatments were lovely

Mine & the hubbys 1st time at vivo Birmingham
This was Mine and my husband’s first time at Vivo body studio Birmingham we had our appointment with Natasha. We chose to go with Natasha after a friend had recommended her and we are so glad we did as she was absolutely amazing She was professional, made us feel at ease, She talked us through the machines being used and step by step procedure. We both had the HiFu treatment done. So far I have felt & can see tightening around my neck and chin area which were my problematic areas so can’t wait to see the full outcome of the results over the next few weeks. Also see a lift around the eyes on my hubby’s face.

Misbah is an injectable specialist
I had the Lemon Bottle treatment done on my chin by Misbah at Vivo Body Studio, and I’m honestly so impressed with the results already. From the moment I arrived, Misbah made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly, including what to expect during and after the treatment.
The procedure itself was quick and far less painful than I imagined. Misbah was gentle, professional, and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. Within a short time, I noticed my chin looking more defined, and the swelling settled exactly how she said it would.
The studio is clean, welcoming, and has a really calming atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. Misbah’s knowledge and friendly manner put me totally at ease, and I can genuinely say I trust her with any future treatments.

Seen today by Tasha at the Birmingham branch. I underwent plasma pen to upper and lower eyes and HiFu treatment. She was knowledgable and professional. She talked me through the machines being used and step by step of the procedure. I felt very at ease and comfortable. Next time I book I’ll be asking for her again. Well done. I’m on day 1 so I will put a further review on as a follow up in 1 weeks time.
