Excellent Cryo Treatment with Outstanding Care
Today I had my second cryo session and once again I felt extremely comfortable from start to finish. Misha explained every detail beforehand which really put me at ease, and the space itself was lovely, warm, and welcoming. The relaxing music in the background helped me fully unwind during the treatment. I still have four sessions remaining for my cellulite treatment, and I’m so glad that Misha will be with me throughout the entire treatment cycle. I would definitely recommend her and highly recommend her services. 🩷

First Cryolipolysis session…Went great!
Had my very first cryolipolysis (fat freezing) session today with Kayley. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. She was very informative and explained the whole process to me step by step along the way. Very professional and would definitely recommend VIVO to anyone considering the same procedure. Will go for my second session in around 6 weeks.

The place was easy to locate. Upon arrival staff are friendly the whole place was very clean and nicely decorated.

10/10 experience with misbah
I had a really excellent experience with Misbah at Vivo Body Studio for my fat freezing treatment. She was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting, which made me feel comfortable straight away. During the session, she took the time to adjust the applicators properly and made sure I was okay throughout, checking in regularly and answering all my questions without rushing.
What I appreciated most was how honest and reassuring she was . She didn’t overpromise results, but made sure I understood the process, what to expect afterwards, and how to get the best outcome. The treatment itself felt well-managed and hygienic, and the whole appointment was smooth from start to finish. I got an add on shock wave in the end which was amazing i loved it
Overall, Misbah made the experience feel safe, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. I’d definitely recommend booking with her if you’re considering fat freezing at Vivo Body Studio.

Mixed First Impression, Redeemed by Professional Service
During my first consultation with Isabel, I felt the focus was more on selling additional applicators and discussing working hours rather than fully understanding my goals or concerns. I left feeling a bit unsure about the process and whether my specific needs had been properly addressed.
However, my second consultation the following day with Keisha was a completely different experience. She was very professional, took the time to ask detailed questions about the areas I wanted to target, and explained everything clearly. I felt listened to and much more confident about moving forward after speaking with her.
