The hair extensions arrived and the shade wasn’t what I had expected. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They followed up shortly and provided details on how to return. I followed the instructions, returned the package, paid for shipping to return, and tracked the shipment. They received my return but never refunded any of the order. When I reached out not once, not twice but three times, they never responded to any of my emails. The package was delivered back to them and they didn’t even have the capacity to refund me or email me back. Awful customer service and an absolute scam of a refund. Do not and I repeat do not buy from them.

I have Trichotillomania and my hair pulling was getting out of control. I finally decided to try out a hair topper and this was an absolute game changer for me! Ive purchased two toppers since February and wear it all day. The hair growth I've had since is so noticeable and I've had so many compliments on my hair and how nice it looks. This is my first time buying from this site, and I have to say that their customer service has been impeccable, and that goes a long way with me. I ordered a 16" sew in, but was notified immediately by customer service that unfortunately they were out of that length and offered to upgrade me to the 18" at no additional cost. I understand these things happen, but I am more than appreciative when a business offers a solution right after presenting the issue. I look forward to receiving my extensions in the next few days, and plan to provide a follow-up review of the hair.

I have had a great experience. I bought two toppers and they are great! I get compliments when people realize they’re hair pieces. Would absolutely purchase again. Only wish is they have more lengths, and more color options and a front clip with more realistic parts that can be adjusted.
