I never received my order. I contacted them twice by email but never received a reply. It feels like a scam.

Fake page, fake product. Cheap sh-t.

I ordered a lipstick from Vivian Rhodes, but unfortunately I received the wrong color. Even more concerning, the product I received appears to be a completely different Chinese product, with a different brand name and all the information on the packaging written in Chinese.

I tried contacting customer service to resolve the issue, but so far I haven't received any response.

Fortunately, I paid via PayPal, so I hope I can resolve the issue through them and receive a full refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this website based on what happened to me.

Total scam. You get a chinese product with another name and another color. Impossible to contact them.

I recieved the product with a Chinese name on it instead of Vivian Rhodes - and also the wrong colour. I have written to them twice with screenshots attached and have not received any reponse. Very dissatisfying!

The colors of the products I received were wrong. I emailed support but haven't heard back yet, and the product is from China not New York, as the misleading advertising claimed. Definitely do not buy anything from this site.

Counterfeit product. Do not buy from this store. Customer support also do not reply to inquiries/complains.

I ordered three lipsticks based on a Facebook advertisement. When I received the product it looked cheap and the packaging looks like it came from oversees. The colors I selected are not what I received. The packaging is written in Chinese. Who is VivianRhodes from Jamaica, NY? I believe I have been scammed. This product is an absolute NO. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately a scam. Product bought as Vivian Rhodes product. Delivery was minzshee. Wrong colors, cheap quality, I won’t use it. Ingredients list on Chinese, can’t read it.

The product was made in China, but the brand name and packaging were completely different from what was advertised. The colour code also didn’t match what I ordered. This feels like a total scam—very misleading. DO NOT BUY!

I bought the lipstick and 3 cheap lipsticks came and the labels were in Chinese and not what I ordered

They sent copy products from China without label!!

BEWARE SCAM. All these people reviewing this product on TikTok and YouTube must have received some kind of deal to try a product from a company that’s a fraud. After placing the order they send a shipping tracking # and everything but the order gets stuck in there. They really never ship it. No help at all from their customer service email and the phone number does not work. Don’t buy unless you want to lose your money.

I placed an order on this website weeks ago and it has never been delivered.
The tracking never updates and customer service does not respond to emails.
There is no way to cancel the order or request a refund on the website.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this store.
