I never received my item! I purchased on July 9, 2026 and here it is September 21,2026 and I have emailed them numerous of times. They won’t give me a refund! I told them I would go through my bank to reverse this transaction and now they are going to try and do something about it after they told me in July they were going to do a investigation to see what happened to my items! I’m out $86! This company is a joke! Don’t buy from them!

Great products especially if you have a colicky baby who struggles to settle or battles to sleep without being carried.

I never received the walker I ordered. They told me I needed to call USPS. I called USPS and they have no record of the tracking number that was given to me. I have requested refund several times. They just keep thanking me for my patient and to contact USPS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Responsive customer service which is nice. Product works well. Its nice that it has a strap so you dont have to worry about baby rolling.

I ordered the cradlepod and the quality was poor. It was not expanding completely as shown on their online page even after 72 hours passed, out of the package. I emailed them for a full refund but the return address is somewhere in United Arab Emirates. When I searched the return address on google, it was an apartment. This was so sketchy. The shipping cost from Canada where I lived to United Arab Emirates is way expensive. I do not guarantee that my shipping cost will get refunded as well. This company is a scam. Only email and no phone number to call if anything like this happened.

Overpriced drop ship items. When I tried to get it cancelled they said they couldnt and I had to wait for it to be delivered to reach out. Took over a month to even come in. After they said to send it back and get a full refund I would have to pay for shipping back to a Dubai apartment complex. Absolutely disgusting how people get away with this shit from AI bots and fake reviews. Dont ever buy from these people as another news article stated some products are also health risks.

I ordered a Lullapal Goose online. When it arrived it was poor quality with a plastic mechanism. I charged the mechanism and it was faulty (it should perform a tapping action). I contacted Livvewell twice through the complaints page on their website and emailed them twice explaining that the item was faulty and asking how to get a refund. I have heard nothing back. Notwithstanding this I still receive their marketing email. I am disappointed by their customer service and am £46 out of pocket as well as having to pay for a replacement gift .

Livvewell have offered me a refund. Kindly process this and i will update my review
