Highly recommended Vision Solar

While I was initially happy with the solar installation which was completed in 2024, I have had an issue since March 2026. I have tried to contact Solar vision since then via, phone, email and text message. I am being given the run around and no one is coming back to me to help me sort my issue. The issue is an invoicing issue, not an issue with the installation. They recently changed their address twice. First to O'Connell St in limerick and just yesterday they have said they moved again. The Eircode given was for another business. I would advise caution if you are thinking of dealing with this company. I regret having to write a bad review as it is not something I do but I there is something not quite right here.

I'm really happy with my solar and battery installation.

I was recommended Paddy by a friend, and he was great to deal with from the start, always helpful and happy to answer any questions. I also got to know Matt during the process. He went out of his way to accommodate my preferred installation date, which I really appreciated. Thanks much mate.

After the installation, I got an independent electrician to have a look and a few questions were raised about parts of the wiring. When I brought this up, the company took it seriously and sent their electricians back. The effort they put in that day was absolutely legendary.

What impressed me most was the after-sales support. Even now, I still keep in touch with the team and always get a prompt response whenever I have a question. Laura has been brilliant looking after customer support and is always quick to help.

It's clear they care about their customers and stand behind their work. Thanks to Paddy, Matt, Laura, and the installation team for all their help. Sorry if I've missed any other names.

Excellent experience with this company. Great system and really professional installation team.

After months of researching differnt companys, I kept going back to Vision Solar and I am so glad I did. From the first meeting with luke he explained all my questions.
On the day of installation the roofers and electricians arrived on time the lads where really professional and tidy.
I went with 14 pv panels 18kwh Batteries (sigenergy) and the Shelly for my hot water.
I would highly recommend Vision Solar.

Very friendly and professional staff. The guys showed up sharp at 8 a.m. and worked in a very organized manner and at a fast pace, being able to finish everything just after lunch. Very neat installation. Very high quality in comparison to my neighbor.

Also, kudos to Paddy for his ability to convince me to pick them for the job and Sigenergy as the product.

A friend of mine introduced me to Vision Solar and my Journey to a Solar solution started I met with Paddy from Vision Solar in Early August and 5 weeks later the system was installed, commissioned and working. The Team consisting of Roofers and Electricians arrived at 7:30AM on a crazy wet morning and had the work completed by evening. The installation team were very professional and worked well together and I found them very friendly and happy no answer all my many and varied questions.

Vision Solar’s Customer service was excellent Paddy always responded to my many phone calls and emails as we discussed the solution, as a result I learned a lot about the technology. Laura in the office organised the installation day working around my schedule (hence the 5 weeks) her instruction to prep the site for the Installation was excellent as the installation team needed clear space around the house and inside to carry out their tasks in a safe environment.

Day 1 system is working couple of small tweaks by the team and all is looking good.

From first contacting Paddy until day of installation, the whole process was smooth and guided.

Paddy was great to explain the requirements and answering any questions or doubts i may have had.

Once we had decided to go ahead with it, Laura was excellent keeping us in the loop, organising the requirements and and answering any questions there may have been.

When the day of installation was near, we got a call from Luke confirming when, how and what ensuring all was in place.

The installation team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept us informed as to what was happening.

Overal and excellent experience and look forward to working with the team again in possibl future upgrades.

Dealing with Paddy, Luke, Laura and the team at Vision Solar was a great experience.

They guided me on the correct and most suitable installation for my needs. The day after installation I received a courtesy call from Paddy to make sure all had gone smoothly.

Both the Roofers and Electricians very professional and courteous and friendly and their workmanship was of the highest standard and the place was left spotless.

I only have in one full day and that was not a Sunny day and still had more than ample power generated. It has exceeded my expectations so far.
