Rather slow and poor coms
6 days after placing my order and it not being dispatched, I phoned and was told one item had held it up but I would receive the full order the next day. It arrived as stated. I suggest you improve your communication to advise of any delays when you are aware of them.

I found the whole process hassle free. Straightforward form to fill in. Prompt response regarding item and postage etc; and very quick delivery. Kept informed about delivery (and delivery was 24hr tracked).

Next day delivery. Really pleased
I ordered some eyedrops yesterday, then checked the reviews on here, I panicked thinking that I might have been scammed after reading some of the reviews, plus I didn’t get a confirmation email.
However my eyedrops have all arrived in very secure packaging just over 24 hours after placing my order.
I’m very pleased with the service and we use again

I have ordered few stuff from this site on Christmas time, and been received within 42 hours as i asked for, had telephonic conversation with stff as well, Naz been so helpful she is sucha sweetheart Xx. After that, I recently visited VISION PHARMACY (Bridge road branch), and I was really impressed! Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, but the pharmacy itself is super tidy and spacious. It’s nice to have room to move around without feeling cramped. They answered all my questions and made sure I was well-informed about my medications. Overall, a great experience – highly recommend checking it out.

Poor communication and slow service
Poor communication and slow service
I found this company while searching for a particular product, which they had in stock. I ordered and paid the relevant delivery charge to get the items shipped by 48hr Royal Mail tracking. I received a confirmation email with my order info. All good.
Then didn't receive items or hear from the company. I emailed after a week to check status of order. No reply. It was only (after another week and no update or items delivered) that I raised a dispute with my bank. One of the two items was then dispatched and the other refunded. No communication from the company at any point.
While I did get one of the two items in the end, I'd not use this company again. Others be warned. I can see I'm not the first to note these issues...

Items not received from Vision pharmacy
I placed an order and paid for next day deliver(nearly£6!!!!) Still have not received items as of today!
I have emailed them numerous times with no reply and they then have the cheek to send me advertising emails to buy stuff from them!!
Absolute joke of company-do not buy from them as you may as well just throw your money away!
I have now escalated this case to PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back but its just shocking that people get away with this and still expect to trade. I have noticed a few reviews from people with exactly the same problem as me but then some who really rate them-i guess we were just unlucky!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PHARMACY AVOID AT ALL COST!!
