This Edge Bander has lived up to every hope I had for it. Ordering was easy, shipping was next day, delivery was 2 days, packaging was great - no damage to product. I truly am impressed.

71 year old, experienced DIYer here. Bought a pricey, $1K Virutex TM33W combo miter / table saw early January 2025. I’M USING IT AS A DOORSTOP NOW. Had knee surgery in late January, so didn’t even unpack it til springtime. (Outside the return window.) Complicated saw to set up, but I did. Used it maybe 10 times before it died - full stop - right in the middle of a project. Tried EVERYTHING. Spent stupid amount of time trying to resolve. Re-read owner’s manual, watched videos etc. Decided to contact Virutex. No customer service phone # posted on their site. No live chat. Filled out their online contact form twice. Sales mgr, Cesar Betancourt, contacted me via email (eventually) with advice that didn’t work. Even sent Mr. Betancourt a video displaying my efforts that was ignored. Begged for someone to actually call me and help me troubleshoot over the phone. Ignored. I was never able to actually speak with anyone from Virutex on the phone. I requested a refund. Ignored. I have the e-mails to prove all this. Finally gave up in frustration and dissatisfaction…$1K DOOR STOP…

Initially, I couldn't find the parts I needed, but I reached out to the help link and found what I needed with assistance. Parts shipped quickly and fit as they should.

Website orders could be more direct going from one cart to another doesn’t make sense otherwise great on exploded view look up and fast delivery

The tool arrived with a broken cutter bit. The carbide tip was chipped upon arrival.

I will need to purchase a new cutter/bit if I cannot get a replacement from the company.

A) there is no way to contact support by phone
B) parts I needed were not available
C) email to support was not answered

I purchased the hinge routing machine. I haven't had a chance to use it in the field yet, but I tested it on some scrap doors and 1x material and it works really well. The only thing that I could not find was a how to video online in English. That would have been helpful for beginners using the equipment and for setup.
