Buying a new home, we were recommended a mortgage broker that was truly awful - no contact, didn't answer messages and just not clear..... then we were introduced to Richard at Vincent Burch. Totally different experience. He couldn't have been more helpful - and having to put up with my partner and I changing how we were buying our property on at least 3 occasions can't have given him an easy ride.

We are now in our property and can't have asked for a better service.

We completed a remortgage and a brand new mortgage both pretty tricky and not straightforward, within 2/3 months time frame as expected.

Or course unforseen challenge incurred along the way and Jodie and Jack were there, promptly, to fix those!

We had the help of Richard during our process, we were actually recommended Richard by a new build developer, however when we decided to buy an established house Richard was still happy to help us. Richard made the whole process fantastic. He was always at the end of the phone and very responsive to emails. He explained things to us in layman’s terms getting us the best possible mortgage. The whole team at Vincent Burch have been fantastic and made was is normally a very stressful time to be as stress free as possible. On the day of our purchase the solicitor from the house we were buying from was some what absent. The team at Vincent Burch really fought our corner working well with our solicitor to ensure we got everything through before the stamp duty rise. They are highly recommended!! I will be certainly be using them again when my fixed term comes to an end.

Jan & Matthew worked hard as a team on mortgages for a new build and a third mortgage for a cottage perched on a coastal path, all cases running parallel. Neither straightforward and required specialist help, many hurdles to cross put up by the lenders. At times a sense of urgency was needed which they always met!
