Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt confident at each stage. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their guidance. I’ll definitely be using their services again when it’s time to remortgage. Highly recommended!

We lost our first mortgage due to legal issues with the property and thought we would lose the house but Ellen was able to find us a lender who would still lend within a matter of days so that we were able to buy our dream home! Ellen also ran us through all the various products that we were offered explaining them in great detail so we could choose the product that worked best for us.

Also thank you to Richard who sorted out building insurance and our life insurance. He was very informative and took on board everything we said to made sure he founds the insurance products that were perfect for us.
