Cancelled my subscription months ago but card is still being charged.

When logging in to the service I'm back at the free version so it is indeed cancelled, but they're still charging my card $49 every month. I've contacted the team but no response.

Scammers.

Never use this company! All the problems started when the videos I downloaded from their website had lags and broken audio. I tried reaching out to their live chat support for seven days, but I kept getting an automated response saying that I would receive a reply within 24 hours. As you can guess, I messaged them every day for a week, and no one ever responded—not in the chat and not to my email.

A one-month subscription costs $50, which is way too expensive for this useless tool they provide. The videos look cartoonish, and the voiceover sounds robotic—unnatural and lifeless. There are already other websites that offer much better AI-generated videos and voiceovers.

Today, I canceled my subscription, which I had paid for a month, and I was given 10 chances to download videos. I only used 5 of them, meaning I still had 5 left. I canceled my subscription to avoid being charged for the next month, and guess what? They just wiped out my remaining download tickets.

Here’s what their bot replied to me in the chat:

"Once a subscription is canceled, any unused video download tickets are forfeited, even if the subscription period is still active. Unfortunately, they cannot be reinstated after cancellation."

Unfortunately, this unethical business has lost me as a customer. While the product itself is clever, the customer service and billing team are non-existent. Unfortunately, I've made several attempts to contact the CEO via email and LinkedIn and haven't received any response back.

I cancelled my account twice and have continued to be charged for 2 extra months. I don't recommend going with this company as you will lose a lot of money!

Product works well but support staff and people who run it seem very unethical. 10 credits were used despite me having exported 9 videos. They said they can give me another credit but charged me for another month. Very very disappointed. Steer clear from these guys.
