- They used INCORRECT, SUBSTANDARD ENGLISH in their SEO.
- They only knew how to add text etc. to google. They did not know how to edit that text, and it literally took them SEVERAL MONTHS to find out how to take down the SUBSTANDARD ENGLISH SHOP links.
- Five or six months went by, when they finally did learn how to edit most of the categories, AFTER I said that I might fly there and look over someone’s shoulder, until they got it right. Still NOT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED.
- They incorrectly listed my company as A SPOT FOR FANTASTIC CAT TALES, while we also produce books about Christmas and bears etc.

Even though their mistakes cost me—I don’t know how many—potential sales, they would not even give me my $800 back, which I had paid them specifically for the SEO. And would you believe that I still don’t have the supposedly “much-needed SHOP category,” for which all of this started!?? I have been advised that they’ve done everything they can to fix the search results, which still show up with some errors!!…..and their customer satisfaction person has been ghosting me for weeks now. I will have to hire another company to fix their mistakes. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who cares about their brand’s image…!!
