Huge "fan"!
Call me a big "fan"! Sorry, had to get that one out there. But I love the versatility that this fan offers. The light, the seamless remote control and ability to charge cannot be understated. Not to mention, the portable carrying case makes it less of a chore to lug around on outings than other products. The minimal design also adds to the "summer" aesthetic and frankly it makes me want to show it off whenever I bust it out in front of friends. Sure to impress and keep friends, pets and loved ones cool for the summer!

Useless direct sales, save yourself the trouble and buy from amazon!
Ordered a fan on 12 June, recieved confirmation email stating 5-7 days but nothing else. Chased Venty team 22 June, no response. Terrible customer service. Just buy it from Amazon!

Over 4 weeks after ordering still no fan! Have emailed several times and each time being told it’s out for delivery so basically being fobbed off. Absolutely terrible service

Love this fan! Awesome for home and easy to pack for travel. I have ordered some for gifts and have always gotten quick delivery in time for birthdays/holidays. I contacted them once with a question and the customer service experience was really positive - friendly and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Unanswered emails and no refund
The fan took forever to arrive, and it arrived after my son had left for camp. I sent it back for a refund and all of my emails have gone on answered. I never did receive the refund.
