A must have for travelers
I love my fan. I travel all over the world for work and my Venty Fan has increased my level of comfort on the road more than any of the other things I’ve tried. When it stopped working, i was severely bummed. Nina, at customer care, was quick to try to help me find a solution and then outright replaced the fan. I couldn’t be happier with the product, it’s customer service, and with Nina in particular for her quick help.

I received a very prompt response to my inquiry I made online. I was asked a few questions regarding the issue and my specific product and my issue was resolved directly. I received a replacement fan within 2 days of the issue being brought to their attention. I can’t compliment their customer service higher. Outstanding.
My CozyPod remote failed after a year…
My CozyPod remote failed after a year and outside of the warranty. A very helpful support person walked me through a number of different attempts to diagnose and fix the remote. These were all unsuccessful. A couple of weeks later a remote arrived in the mail and the CozyPod is up and running. Great customer service! Thank you!

My experience was amazing. I ordered my Venty fans and they were shipped amazon, well amazon delivered them to an unknown location and just toke a picture of the fans in the snow unknown location. So I get home ask the neighbors, no luck. Inreach out to Venty fans and tell them and with in a couple of days shipped my product to my door. Awsome job love the customer service.

This is my 8th Venty fan. The fans are awesome! They are lightweight and are very powerful. I bring my fan everywhere with me. I keep one in the car and one by my bed. The others all live in other parts of the house. I never want to be too far away from a fan. The new mint color is beautiful.

I love my Venty Fan!
Great products!
I have the smaller clip fan and the larger one. My family loves them. We take them on trips, my kids love the light feature (perfect nightlight), the bigger one can charge my phone, and the quality is great they don’t feel like one of cheap ones you get and only last you for a bit. Plus they have great customer service!
Overall 12 out of 10.
The only thing is I wish they made one that would attach to a double stroller. The smaller can clip on but it’s not perfect. It clips on perfect to my wagon. Anyways that’s my only complain.

Venty is the absolute apex of portable fans. Delivery was fast. You can also get it off Amazon but they will warranty up to a year if you buy it on their page. A++++
They Have no stock to send out.
They keep sending emails to buy their products.
When I've tried to buy two items both are out of stock.
I'm glad I've seen the bad reviews now,as I won't buy direct from this company.
The owner was very rude to the backers on Kickstarter.
They don't seem like they're running a proper business.
Just getting funding from Kickstarter all the time.
Best advice is to avoid this business,as other reviews have stated they don't send out the products fast enough.

Buying at your own Risk from Venty Fan Company
I had type out message to reach out to you guys out there of the Risk of buying Venty Fan Company. Looks like I’m not the only one who post this .
Recently I had purchase fan from Venty Company, normal what you guys will expect is the next day or the second day to ship out with shipping ID or an update regarding your item.
I had waited about 13 days not a single movement from them, Looks like it’s a scam company who fund up using Kickstarter. When I look into they protocol of shipping they say will hold to stock ??? What kind of situation it this when you had announce the whole world you are selling yet can’t compromise to reply email hence not ship out .
I hope this will helps you guys before buying any product from them .

they lie about battery life
i’ve had my fan less than four or five months, and the battery life was terrible so I shipped it back to the company on the 31st of last month, it took over 10 days to get to Vegas, and once they received it, I emailed them to let them know and they said within 3 to 4 days they would get back to me but now it is the 19th and I have not heard anything other than them replying to tell me they would still get back to me.
I went and bought another fan from target, only used the charger. It came with, the proper power cube they say to use, and the proper outlet wattage, have charged it for over eight hours, two hours, six hours, tried everything and ran it on full power for less than 10 hours last night and it died. They claimed that they can last 24 to 48 hours plus. I saw an Instagram ads that’s how long they are supposed to last and when I wrote to the company, they said maybe 48 hours max, and I had Took a screenshot Of the company replying on Instagram to show them on email that their company directly told me that’s how long the fan would last. But all they said is OK will take a look at it.
It’s been three weeks
They lie about their battery life. Not worth $80 and now I’ve spent over 160 on two. I never use the phone charging or light feature so if it’s not lasting more than 10 hours, it’s not even worth it

Don't buy anything from this company
Don't buy anything from this company. They build their products off money raised from Kickstarter campaigns they never follow through on. Backed their latest product, the cozy pod, that was supposed to ship in March. It's now halfway through August and they don't return emails, respond to messages, and have left thousands of people in the dark and out hundreds of dollars. It's a shady way if doing business and we shouldn't reward it. Boycott this company.
