Wish I read the reviews first. My $28 dress looks like a clown costume - deep red fabric that's WHITE ON THE BACK! I requested a refund citing the return policy for a refund when an item is not what's shown online (the reverse fabric matches in the pic) and they offered me $5.

On the plus side, customer service responds quickly. The response was not to my liking since they aren't honoring their return policy, but it was fast.

To echo others here, avoid this company at all costs. First, I never received a notification of shipment and after 2 weeks I followed up venidress to investigate. After another week with no response I filed a complaint with paypal. 2 days after this I finally received a response from venidress with tracking info and received my package after 5 weeks.

The garments are EXTREMELY cheaply made, 2/3 that I ordered were completely see through, with thread hanging out at nearly every seam. The other dress was just completely off in terms of proportions and sizing. To return the items I would have had to pay full shipping costs to CHINA. The shipping totaling more than the order itself. Shame on me for not investigating and seeing the red flags before hand. Hopefully no one else orders in the future.

Horrible company!! Do not buy anything from them. Just like all the reviews I’ve read now, quality is terrible and it is nearly impossible to return because it shipped from China!! Dress is see through and swimsuit is terrible quality!

unacceptable level of service unlike anything I have ever experienced. Quality is horrible, items did not fit as described. When I wanted to return, I had an email fight trying to prove that I have such right to return. I was suggested to sell items instead. After “winning” that I could return at my own cost, I shipped items back. Paid $35 to send the package to China. It has been 3 months and they claim they never got the items back. Biggest fraud out there! Lost all the money.

Shipping took 3 weeks even that I paid for expedited delivery. I received damaged product. They would not accept it back. They offered me $5 refund and I would have to take care of return shipping. They even suggested to resell their item to somebody else. It is damaged! Even if it wasn’t, it is poor quality. I am going exchanging emails with their ‘customer service’ but it is going nowhere. This is a scam. Do not buy anything from them.

I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered 3 items and they looked quite different than they appeared online, were poor quality and not true to size. I contacted the company to return my order and was put through a circus of email exchanges. They asked me to provide photos of the problem. I was not about to send them photos of myself wearing their clothing which is highly inappropriate, not to mention fit is subject to personal preference. After several emails back and forth, they refused to refund my money unless I paid to have these items shipped to China and then a "freight" fee of $40. I will donate the items to charity and never shop with them again. Buyer BEWARE.

I purchased something from Venidress and ordered the size suggested on their website. It came about 2 sizes too large and is out of the worst possible fabric.
They have a 30 day warranty policy on their website which they will not honor.
I would suggest no one buy from this site as it took weeks to get and came in terrible. They said they would charge me postage to send it back to China or somewhere which would be even more than the terrible item.
Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Nothing I ordered fit properly. Some items way too big some too small and they look like they were made by a child.

I contacted the company several time for refund address for returns and was given a response that I should sell the items myself due to the shipping cost for return would be too costly. Buyer beware!

Horrible quality, horrible service. Delivery took forever. Items looked nothing like the picture, both ugly - not at all like the picture - and seriously poor quality. In a 2 month discussion to get a refund. To begin they refused to refund or exchange. Then the offered my the possibility for a refund and assumed they could lie and say they hadn't received my return. And they did try. I had tracked the package though, so I could prove that the Items had been returned. I have been waiting on a refund for the past 3 weeks. I am reporting the whole thing to PayPal too, in hopes that they can help me get my money back.
UPDATE: After 3 months of back and forth, I finally got my refund! But only after I reported them to PayPal and reviewed them here.
Still I can not recommend a purchase here!

I had ordered some clothes specifically for my vacation. My card was charged right away, but I never received an order confirmation email. I contacted them and they apologized and said they would process the order ASAP, but they never sent me an order confirmation email. I replied saying I bought these for vacation and if I can’t get my items before I leave, then I want to just cancel my order. They responded and just told me to be patient and they’re working on shipping it ASAP. So then I tell them again, I am leaving on this day and if I don’t get my shipment before I leave, then I just want a full refund. They responded telling me “OK!” Now I get back from vacation and email them for a return label. They ask me if something is wrong with the order. I tell them that nothing is wrong and I was just promised I’d get a full refund. Well they break their word and said they can not give me a full refund unless I pay to ship it back. The shipping cost is more than the amount I paid for the clothes. They even had the nerve to give me a coupon to use next time I want to shop with them, which of course I’ll never buy anything from this place again. I gave them multiple notifications about me leaving and to just cancel the order to save them the cost of shipping. Looks like they just don’t care about their customers and just want to take your money.

Terrible customer service! Item fit really poorly. Emailed for RMA, received response that company was on vacation - guess it’s one person running the operation. Finally got a response, lots of back and forth asking for pictures, my measurements, and a reason. Told to sell or give away in exchange for discount on next purchase because shipping back to China will be really expensive.

My experience wasn’t bad! Once I read all these reviews I set my expectations really low. It did take over a week to get my clothes and the color of one of the dresses was a different shade of blue than I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised! I got a small jumpsuit (I’m 5’4 120 lbs) that is advertised all over Instagram and Facebook and I might take in the top part a little but I think it looks exactly like the picture. I got another dress that looked strange just holding it up, but once I put it on it also looked like the same style from the picture. So I guess just set your expectations low and you might be pleasantly surprised! (That could be their slogan).

I cannot express how horrible this company is. They sent items that look nothing like the picture. Took forever to arrive. Won't accept returns. Have been completely unprofessional in the process. I cannot believe I didn't read the reviews before spending this much money.

Took over a month to receive my items and they were terrible. All these products come from China and are nothing like what was advertised. Did not look anything like what was described/shown online. Poor sizing, poor quality materials, poorly constructed/sewn. Not worth even using as cleaning rags. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Echoing everything below - including that I would leave zero stars if I could! My garment was not as pictured, and was of horrible quality. Like pretty much everyone else, I was told I would have to pay shipping costs to China for a return, and that I should try to sell it and get 15% off my next purchase. Needless to say, there won't be a next purchase, and I am actively disputing the payment I made to the via PayPal.

I bought three dresses that appeared in pictures online to be somewhat good quality, the material was terrible and the sizes didn’t fit even if I could get pasted the quality. when I asked to return they told me to take pictures of me in the clothes to show they didn’t fit. Then they told me to try to sell them myself online to try to make my money back and that they would give me 15% off my next purchase. Biggest rip off ever!! So angry and have reported to Instagram as they are a sponsored link on their page as a bad business relationship.
